Phew! I made it into the healthy range (at 23.3 just barely). I'm supposed to just "maintain".
One thing kind of bothered me though...no input on one's upper body size (ie, chest). I wonder why? I carry a bit of weight up there verses my waist. So, I'm not really the "pear shape" they are saying I am...kinda more like an old fashioned coke bottle actually.
I agree about the upper body bit, MMW and Queen also mentioned it. It hadn't occurred to me until MMW said about it, but she is right really. In my own case I have broad shoulders (due to a hell of a lot of sport) and a big chest.
It looks like they are going by the waist to hips ratio, but even though I put this Thread up, even I would like to know what happens to the results if somebody has something like a 36-24-36 figure? By their reckoning the person could be pear shaped! Not in my view it wouldn't be

Out of interest, I went back on that site and made up a person that would have a 36-24-26 figure, just to see what it said. It said the same thing about pear shaped! Now that is peculiar, because if I had that sort of figure I would consider it anything BUT pear shaped!
I 100% agree that they need an upper body measurement too.
