I went to Fry's to see if I can find anything interesting. Fry's is the only store whose Black Friday sale last the whole day instead of a few hours. I arrived at 4pm. As I expected, the Compaq laptop that costed $299 was sold out. I learned they had over a hundred(yes that's right, over a hundred) Compaqs & they sold out like hotcakes.
It was really funny how people kept asking if they still have more, even when there's a big sign next to the display model that clearly says SOLD OUT. In my mind I went, "Come on people! It's 4 in the afternoon & you think they still have any more of the laptops? Can't you see the sign!
I actually found something that caught my eye: an RCA digital voice recorder for $10. I really wanted to buy it, but I wasn't to wait in the checkout line. 3 & a half hours to checkout

. The line went all over the store. I don't even know where it began!

I decided it wasn't worth it and left.
After that fiaso, I pretty much went to Micheals & bought some stuff there. Unlike Fry's, Michaels wasn't crowded & I felt much better with almost no people around. After that, I pretty much went home.
Anyways, here's what I bought:
Ebay
World of Warcraft Night Elf mousepad ($7)
Weird N.J. ($5)
Harley Quinn & Poison Ivy photo frame ($15)
Michaels
12 Watercolor paint set ($5)
11x14 3-pack artists canvas ($4)
25 Assorted brushes set ($5)
Yep, I'm the only one around here who bought from an arts & crafts store on Black Friday.
