for a long time i couldn't figure out which i was, then i realised i'm neither-like the saying-don't lead for i mightn't follow;don't follow for i mightn't lead.
there are different types of leaders...those who lead because they have their own interests at heart, and those that lead because they feel they can make a difference and help others (the sheep).
i think i know human behaviour very well at this point. the majority of mankind are 'sheep', whether they are aware of it or not. i guess it's a way of survival. they feel they need someone to lead them, they need someone to follow. they go through their whole lives with a leader-type person or persons in their life, maybe without even realising it. i see it especially in primary school children
i'm neither. i've never really lead anyone, but i don't allow myself to be lead either. sometimes i find myself trying to help the sheep, tell them not to follow...but i don't think you can change sheep really...they were born to follow i guess, like leaders born to lead...
anyway, i've already guessed that the majority are sheep, then a minority leaders, and then a even smaller minority are neither, or maybe there are more of the neithers...
thoughts??
