Hoagy
I make what is called a 'Hoagy Nasty', which is basically a whole french stick (preferably a fresh still warm one), and cut it down the middle. Throw a bit of mayo on there, then, put on your red onion, olives, gardinare dressing, then put on some oven roasted tukey, and some fresh ham, then cheese if you wish. These things are MONSTROUS and yes, I have eaten a whole one before, I have a pic around here somewhere with me demolishing one...

Janiel
Step-by-step for Janiel's favorite sandwich

1. Bread, nice whole wheat is awesome.
2. A nice layer of mayo, not too much, not too little.
3. About three slices of tomato, or enough to cover the whole peice of bread.
4. A slice of munster cheese.
5. A layer (about an inch wide) of deli-cut roast beef.
6. A layer (about a half an inch wide) of deil-cut turkey.
7. Another slice of Munster cheese.
8. The other peice of bread; covered in a nice layer of mayo, of course.

Sounds good. I love sourdough myself. I really like a fried bolonga grilled cheese. I fry the bolonga then I add cheese and mayo to it. Then I grill it like a grilled cheese. wub.gif

Go to Tim Hortons and get a Turkey Bacon Club:

French bagette, cut down th emiddle. Honey mustard on both pieces. Then a crap load of ham, bacon lettuce and tomato. Its heaven.

I have a "sandwhich maker". You but the sandwhich in, close it up, and it "cooks" it. I take 2 pieces of bread, and put a bit of butter on each slice. Then, I put a slice of cheese on the pieve of bread, then a slcie of smoked bologna, then another slice of cheese. Put the other piece of bread on, and stick it in the sandwhich maker. About 5 minutes later, the bread is toasted nicely, and the cheese is melted..............Its wicked.

Its the best thing in my kitchen! Its electric, so no worries about flames.

Oh, and as variations on my sandwhich maker sandwhiches, instead of bologna, I may have:

Black Forest Ham
Bacon Bits
Sliced Turkey
Ham - Sub Meats (around here you can buy packages of these little circles of Ham, Salami and Pepproni)
Just the slice cheese
Mozzerela cheese
Cheddar Cheese.
