you'd get far more friends that way.
to me Wicca is one of those new fangled religions that doesn't have a long and distinguished heritage
I still rate wicca over anyone involved in Organised Religion though

Welcome to UM!!! Could you fill in your gender in your profile when you have the chance? It's one of those little things that annoy me, I don't know if I am talking to a boy or girl. But, then there's not a lot of guy wiccans that I know. I have beliefs that are very similar to Wicca, but I don't practice ritual, and I don't belong in a coven. Although that is mainly because my family would rather kill me than let me choose my own religion.

I don't hold much faith in the word wicca..either your a witch or your not... as Marduk said, it's bull and most girls only want to be one because of all the tv shows about it! Sorry thats just not how it is..

I like to refer to it as pop paganisim or sabrina syndrome...

They say Wicca is the fastest growing religeon in the UK right now. It's night*. Trend Wicca is - A phoney religeon for people who watch too much charmed and read too much harry potter. A religeon for people just jumping on the band wagon, who want to be part of the latest craze. Thats not wicca.

Wicca is a religeon, but it's not growing any faster now than before. Phoney Wicca is, not Wicca.

It is important to establish boundries between what is genuine and what is not, and the current growing religeon of Wicca is not genuine.

I don't know you, and couldn't say if you were genuine or not, but either way - Welcome to UM!

by the way, Im Roman Catholic sorry but I am really intersted in Wicca, but am limited because Fudamental Catholocisism says Wicca is Satanic.
