Just wondering, wich country has the best artists with the best music?

My vote goes most definatly to Great Brittain with Coldplay, Muse and Radiohead as the very best they have to offer at the moment original.gif

I agree with BA. There“s to much good music from to many countries to just name one

I agree, every country has very good music. I like music from the USA, Germany Netherlands, Denmark and even Belgium tongue.gif. But every country gives it;s own touch to the music. The American Rock music is different form the British. The German Dance scene is different from the Dutch.. original.gif

sorry about this,,and please beleive me i'm not racist or anti english speaking..

but most music..i.e pop/rock/country..only sound proper if it's in english

but i do like native american music and celtic music such as clannad ..these 2 are great for CHILLING OUT....i guess it's like getting back to your roots and mother nature/or the animal spirits..you know what i mean whale music and swimming with dolphins...peace grin2.gif

I have to agree that each country has something different to offer .

I like Australian hillbilly rock like Cold Chisel that has a purely Australian sound , and then King Kapisi and Che Fu are tottally pacifica a completely different style again but absolutely drenched in talent . I also like celtic sounding bands like the Pogues , but I can't say I enjoy house music or Trance or drum and base no no no to old for that I think ..... it hurts my ears wacko.gif
djdodo
amm .. that depends on the singer .. and not the language .. as I think lots of cool songs are recorded in USA and Sweden .. my fav songs come from these placeses ..
Like Ace of Bace cool.gif ... Sweden wub.gif

AC~DC Men at Work, INXS are fav Australian bands,
Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Wheetas (I just love singing along to Teenage Dirtbag) Blondie (Debbie Harry is my Goddess) are a few fav American bands,
but I do love good old English rock..Thin Lizzy, Motorhead, ect but I'm also very much into SKA and love abit of Gothic and you can't beat The Cult (American) and The Cure (British) Basically if it rocks and I can sing along loudly and sound good (in my ears anyhow) then I love it. grin2.gif
Yup and I have to agree with Kismit .....Techno..Jungle..Trance and Drum and Base annoy the hell out of me, but I do love a good Garage groove and Happy House.
I think as I'm such uppy person I tend to listen music which keeps me up and I find that American and English music tend to have the majority of bands I love. But that doesn't mean I'm not open to other Countries talents its just they don't tend to get on the British play lists.

The country that produces the best music?
That would be the good old US of A my friend.
Ain't no better music produced than by The Beatles - The Stones and The Who.
There ya go...case closed thumbsup.gif

I disagree. Patently the UK leads the world. Who can forget The Beach Boys, The Eagles and Tiffany?

Techno, Dance, Trance, Rave, Hardstyle ==> Great music! grin2.gif I like that music a lot, but every country gives it another name... very weird...

Anybody here who knows DJ Tiėsto? He makes great music, or DJ Dana? Also very good original.gif
