I know its been posted about before, but apparently this kind is pretty rare. Some may have seen him on the news =D just thought he was lovely hehe =) enjoy.

Nooo he's real! did ya read it? he's in a Zoo in Germany, his names Eclyse =)

Zorses are quite commonish but not where they become half horse half zebra like this one! its usually a lightly striped brown horse, like a liger!

There's a little video clip of the zorse here which proves that the photo in the link above hadn't been tampered with in any way. It has a very unusual look, that's for sure! wink2.gif

Very interesting. I've seen 'Zorse' hybrids, and no two look the same. While stripes tend to appear on the hind quarters, markings on the front half vary greatly.

-Not sure how to take it. how the "mix" will handle/respond/react, mentally, and health wise , geuss time will tell either way kinda interesting though.

Well they are cute! kinda like the zonky i saw in a photo. a few years ago,but what are they planning to do now, continue breeding them as an exotic pet or what? hmm.gif

Hmm...it's kind of strange to think of why they attempt to cross different animals. It's probably just to see what exactly they can do! It would be a cute pet to have, though. I'd never even heard of a cross between a zebra and donkey before (the zonky to which you referred). It seems like they've been crossing them for a while, because I came upon an article from 2005 about it. Here's a cute picture of a zonkey: Wikipedia grin2.gif
