A really odd story about worms falling from the sky in jennings... It was sopposed to be caused by a water spout... I wonder why just the worms and not something else?
Really glad i was not there that day!

Urgh. Imagine running outside during a storm, opening your mouth to the sky to catch some raindrops and instead... mellow.gif

The worms are worms. They will do whatever they have to. Squirm or rustle in the dirt, it is their nature to do such things. Being able to fly in the sky, not only makes them easy targets for birds passing by, but they get a chance to taste the air of sweet freedom for just one moment. Some will fall to the ground, while some, those special few, will break their fall with the power of their little minds. Instead of falling with their brother and sister worms, those special few will not fall, but reach higher in the sky, gliding in the air because imagination is the key element that keeps us reaching for the clouds.

It actually happens a lot more often in nature than people realize, strong winds pickup small animals, frogs, fish, worms I guess, etc
