I still love him and he still loves me and i won't go out with anybody cause i feel that we're still going out. and my friend says it's only because i miss him a lot but i think he's still with me. so i can't really miss him can i?

Yes you can.........what a sweet love story. Recently I had dreams about a particular girlfriend who broke up with me 20 years ago just to say she was sorry. Too late for that now though.

Those are called "wishful thinking" dreams in which a person we loved, who has passed is still a part of our life and these dreams make us happy, till we wake and realize they are gone. I am sure he is with you in spirit and would never want to see you not date again, or have some fun, that would make him sad. You DO miss him which is why you dream of him so often, but Sweetie he is gone, and would nothing more than for you to move on. I know its very difficult cause you might feel you are cheating on him, because he is still there, but truth of the matter is, he isnt. Maybe try some grief therapy and pray for his soul and let him go. God Bless..JN

so you didn't come here for advice? this is one of those times where you don't want to be mean to somebody and you do feel sorry for them but they really need to go and seek help.

That may be one of the most romantic things I'v ever heard. I'm so sorry for your loss, and offer my condolences.

I am not one to say if he appeared in your dreams or if it is something else. It could be one or the other. Whether he is appearing in your dreams or not, I do believe you are grieving. To me, I do feel there is nothing to say that can help you. My heart goes out to you. I am hugging your dearly in my mind and spirit. I do hope things work out for you in time, and that I believe that your boyfriend would want the best for you. If that is any comfort to you. I know it's painful and to just hang in there, dreams and all.

Your boyfriend is still having to remain with you as long as you grieve for him. It is heartbreaking for those who have changed to Spirit to see their loved ones aching with grief for they know that you and they will meet again. Those who have passed over have an an exciting new life to explore and to adapt to and they cannot really fit in over there until our earthly grief has passed. The sooner you realise that, yes, your boy-friend IS with you but needs to be freed from Earth in order to continue to develop, the better it will be for you both. He will not forget you but will be waiting for you on that day of reunion. In the mean time, live your earthly life to the full, in the sure knowlege that he would want that for you.

Irish Girl....I am so sorry for your loss....We have a very good friend whose daughter's boyfriend was killed in a car accident about two years ago....He was her first love and she suffered deeply....Her dreams about him were very similar to yours, but she finally accepted that she needed to go on with her life...He will always be in your heart, and you will never forget him...keep the happy memories forever...When the grieving stops you will know it is time to continue with your life....You will never forget, but you will go on....prayers to you...goalie....

sorry for your loss. others already pointed out that it is only dreams. even if he is there (which i doubt) it would be best for you if you get on with your life. wherever he is, he surely remembers you, and it would cause him pain if you grieved for him. most people would hate to see their loved ones spending lives in grief because of death.
