Not yet but they will but they aren't alien they will be human, we have already created quantum computers although not as advanced as what you describe we will be able to make more calculations on one of these then there are atoms in the universe. These computers will allow us to acheive wonders beyond imagination in everything from new forms of energy to advanced nano tech and so on.

Somehow I think the overseer of an entire dimension would be able to spell. That is not the case, and I get tired of every joe that comes along claiming to be jesus, bigfoot, or the ruler of the known universe.
