hi i been to this site for a while but this is my first posting so let me get to my point. I lost a really close friend about a year ago and ever since she passed i been feeling like im being watched when im doing work i get the feeling someone is watching over my shoulder and i keep feeling cold spots so last week I used a ouija board to see if it was my friend but when i was using it didn't feel right like it wasn't my friend so i broke connection and i felt nothing for a few days no cold spots or anything then the other night i was awoken suddenly to a loud noise and my lights was flashing on and off my tv glowed red and it was turned off and i swear i could see a face in it and after that i got 2 feelings surrounding me one is comforting and the other is a real unsettling feeling and it creeps me out any advice on this?

If you have a digital cam ....turn the flash off and get some photos of the TV screen (off) ...B

After your friend died she was probably watching over you, possibly to give you a message or who knows what reason. When you used the ouija board you openned the door to some "other" spirit. Now you probably have this "other" spirit trying to get your attention. I have been awoken to a sudden loud, unexplainable noise before too. Anyways, it's good that you had both an unsettling feeling AND a comforting feeling, because at least you know either your friend or some sort of spiritual guide is watching over you.

I'd try to ignore this new spirit if I were you and see if the disturbances go away. If not you should tell it to go to the light and say it doesn't belong here. Due post updates if you have more disturbances. I, unfortunately, lived with several ghosts in my last apartment for two months and it was a living hell, so I understand what you may be going through. Hopefully I can offer more advice if necessary.

Could anything be reflecting into the tv to make a face? My tv creeps me out when it is turned off because I see weird things in it all the time. They usually turn out to be normal things in my room though.

I say is to let go of your friend and using a Ouija board to find your close friend is only romantically naive and it can be very misleading. Release and continue on with your life ..death is not the end only a beginning, so let her go..
Grief lasts about year but to some ppl, it can go a lil longer. The TV thing, I guess I had to be there.

I am sorry for you loss. None of us can say what is in your home or around you, however using the Ouija board turned into a gateway for good and evil, hence the comforting feeling then the unsettling one. The spirit you may have, may not necessarily be your friend, but could be, we dont know. I would stay clear of that board, and secondly pray for your friend's soul. After that, I would cease using paranormal devices of any kind, till it calms down there. The more attention you pay to whoever or whatever it is, the more afraid you will become, and when we sleep, we are at our most vulnerable, and things can happen simply due to fear alone. I advise you to stay away from the ouija board, and get thyself to church! Anytime we mess with the afterlife, we get more than we bargain for...

thanks for the advice and there was nothing in the room that could reflect a face off of my tv but i will take a pic of it in a bit

It could have been manifested from part greiving and part fear, into possibly a nightmare or night terror. The more you think about it, the more vigilant you will become, which is when our mind begins to play tricks on us. Your friend is gone, and she would never ever frighten or haunt you. Pray for her, and move on with your life and I re-iterate to stay away from paranormal stuff of any kind. Good Luck..JN
