You know, in a way it's a great medium to play around with, it's cheap, and if you're good at it, you'd be able to make something that you could make a pattern from.
I know they use tissue paper for patterns (It's a little stronger than the stuff you buy to put in presents).
And this way you'd see how it looked on someone before you spent the load of dough on satin and silks for the dress. Though personally, my dream wedding dress is made of cotton.
*Grins* After all, I want my second wedding (If I ever get married again) on a Hawaiian beach. I'd want something I don't mind getting wet.
and yeah, it'll be cheap, but then again, I want the reception to be uber simple. Hm... wonder if I would be able to get away with a simple sundress for my second wedding, and no shoes.
I hate walking on a beach in shoes.
