i just watched the tape on Sky Movies Horror (or a remake of the tape) and it was pretty scary. the aliens were like something ive always seen them as...the camera shot on the aliens head from really close up, and the shot from the window....

ill try to get it on here, maybe as a Google Video...it was good for a nice scare, nothing usually scares me.

Short version: Alien Abduction began life as a $6,500 budget sci-fi film titled "UFO Abduction," which managed to get some pretty impressive direct-to-video distribution (and bootleg distribution) around the paranormal community. The fledgling UPN TV network licensed the film, recut it with new titles and a new interview, and packaged it under its Alien Abduction title with the conceit of being 'real' documentation of a close encounter, much like the Blair Witch Project purported to be authentic. Again, the magic of bootlegging and the questionable ethics of the folks at Paramount caused this sort of 'pseudo-hoax' marketing to spiral out of control.

the only things that look really weak in this vid are the aliens unfortunately.

all vids are faked by them but at the same time are very impressive, well worth a look, as for the Mc Phearson Tape i managed to get a copy from my friend in .avi format

i first saw the tape back in like 2000 i think it was and thought it was real (we were drinking tho) until i saw the credits at the end giving us the actors names lol, fake as hell but worth watching on a stormy night with a bottle of whisket and a bb gun..........just in case lol

Theres this video on youtube where during a news brodcast they interview these "experts" asking them what they thought of it. The two "reasearchers" were impressed by the "aliens", one buy brought up the argument that the "sunken" eyes of the dead alien proved it since many people had noted that, and that the basic shape was consistant with many peoples testimonys of a aliens appearence, haha, wondered why no one brought up the fact they were wearing black sweaters

Not to sound rude, but why are we still discussing a video that everybody has already seen, and a video that, in itself, is revealed as a fake? There's really no need for a discussion anymore...

About some years ago in belgium there was a night show about horror movies...
And first they showed a proffesional made remake wich duration was 1 hour and 30 minutes, after that the movie wich sha ra posted. Wich was the fakest ive ever seen and then they showed some lil parts of the real movie wich looks/looked much more realistic and is very believe-able!

some people hasnt seen it, i didnt see it until a year after i heard about it.

I saw this the other week on Sky Movies Sci-Fi/Horror.

It is clearly fake, the acting is poor and some parts are very cliche and the credits are at the end of the film. As well as all that, everything battery operated cuts out, except the lads video camera... Its just another blair witch attempt.
Its good viewing though.
