Well, luckily I don't know how to swim and don't go to public pools, but it looks like I'll be giving up touching door handles, fast food, sleeping, shaking hands, going to weddings (never been at one anyway), breathing, and eating crisps.  :s4

That is pretty disgusting all right. Personally I don't agree with, or believe in, any of those 10 things. Just my opinion.
