as i speak at 9:57pm in my suburb there is a giant light circling the sky which is at least 1km+ in diameter circling above the clouds which has been happening since around 7:30pm, my phone doesnt have very good night quality so i cant post a video, but anyway what do u think it could be?, btw my mum said a couple of years ago the exact same thing happened.

Sounds like it might be a spot light reflecting on the clouds.
Is there a grand opening or a special event in your area?

nah not at this time of night

its not the police helicopter either, it makes too much noise and can be heard from miles away, and sometimes there is more than one light circling around each other
