Full Version: Achieve Obe's
I haved had obe's countless time's before , BUT I have never had real control , alway's some guiding influence over me , Now what I would like to do is start to study how to achieve obe's by myself , maybe if I understood a little more about what was happening then I wouldnt be so scared any reference link's anyone?

I have seen that link several time's before , very good read but not that insightful.... moe im attempting to have obe's on purpose , not lucid dream's I have those whenever I want you know :/ just pick something out to ""alert" you that your dreaming I use the runestone for luck
