I freely admit that I have spent about half of my gaming time this year on the simply sublime...
GTA: Vice City
I finished the game long ago, but I just love to pop back, and scoot around, visiting old haunts, pulling off even more outrageous stunts, and generally falling out with the local constabulary. I'm there that much, I think I'm now eligible to vote.
This year Moe would have to vote for return to castle wolfenstein for the x-box. Fist person shooters are not usually for me, but this mindless game of teamwork warfare kept me up past 2am. Highly addictive and exciting. "MEDIC!"
Since the kids have moved out I'd have to say it's the game the wife and I play, it's a classic and has many names, but the results always the same. 
But as far as computer games go, I'm no longer current with any of them, but I've seen a few I'd like to try. Sadly thought, my system's much like me, just getting to old for all this modern stuff. I remember when pong was "too fast".
