Subby has an avatar of Disneys Stitch...with his name flashing on it, i think its awsome

So I wondered if anyone can tell me how to I go about making a gif like it??

You need a program that creates animated GIF images. I use ImageReady (it comes as part of Photoshop), but there are many more out there, I'm sure.

I use Ulead Gif. Animator 5 myself! I think it's pretty good.
