Excellent thought! You've been reading my mind!
I've often thought that ghosts, etc. are some kind of life form that "lives" ("living" may not be the right word) in a dimension parallel to our own. Under the right conditions our dimension and theirs overlap or intersect or are just close enough that for a very brief time we can see them and they can see us.
Some spiritualists have said that when we die our soul/spirit moves to another plane of existance. Maybe that's what they mean?
Which then begs the question: Is that dimension/plane
only inhabited by the souls/spirits of former humans? Are there any indiginous life forms there? (inhuman entities?) Perhaps the indiginous life forms are what we call demons?
And going further, if there is life on other worlds do they go to the same place as we?
Lots of food for thought here!
Lots of great questions Master Po and clocktower, I've thought about this too.
If it is true about the different dimensions, would all sightings be considered accidental, because I don't think that is the case. I think there are some on the other side that can be seen when they want to, so maybe there is more than just accidental overlapping going on. How would that fit into the theory?
