I'll tell you the whole strory. Ok so when I was like 4 or 5 there was this little crack in my ceiling. And one night I was looking at the crack in my ceiling starting to drift off to sleep. When suddenly I saw a light coming from the crack and the light got bigger and bigger until my whole ceiling was full yellow light. And I started floating up twords the light. I remember being very scared. And so while I was floating twords the light I looked back and I saw my body on the bed. And then all the sudden my room was gone and all I could see was yellow light surounding me. And it was almost like I had become one with the light, it's hard to explain haha. And then I heard this loud voice coming from all around me saying stuff to me. I don't remember what it said. But I couldn't see where the vioce was coming from, it look like the voice was coming from all of the light surounding me. And it was very loud but not angry, it sounded like it was commanding me to do something. And it seemed like I was floating there for a long time. And then everything went black and I woke in my bed. I was very scared because it was such a overwhelming experiance. And I told my parants about it (in my four year old vocabulary) and they just said that it was a bad dream. And I always knew that it was not a bad dream. So when I got older I researched it and found out that it was a out of body experiance. And i'm 13 now, and all these weird things started happening around when I turned 13. I began to see auras, I can sense and see spirits in my room and it really scared me. But a month ago drove all of the bad spirits away which were replaced by good ones which I believe are gaurding my room. I see all these white sparkles in my room that pop in and out of existance it seems, but they're good I can tell. I started noticing that I started feeling my best friend since birth's emotions even though she lives miles away. I remember that there was this one day where I felt that my best friend was very sad so something told me I needed to sent comforting energy to her. And she called me and said that the she had a really bad day at school and she was bawling on the bus, and all the sudden felt all her sadness lift and she felt perfectly fine. I told her that I sent the energy to her around that time and she thought that was coolest thing. So can anyone tell me whats happening?

Floating toward the light was astral projection. Normal. Nothing to worry about.

It sounds like you're very advanced in empathy when it comes to your friend. Most likely from spending so much time together. I think you probably just projected good feelings to her to help her.
