it was me and my fireworks again 
well it was flashing lights so that rules out fireworks and to make it clear that it wasnt fireworks , they would have to be a lot bigger.
I missed any footage they had since I just caught a quick glimpse. The brat was channel surfing.
Weird 
Bizarre....
What's even more bizzare is that this happened about 4 towns from me, and nothing was in the paper about it..
