^I'd stay clear of doing anything like that, I mean you might mess up the universe or something spooky like that hehe

But seriously, it's a good question.. I'd give it alot of thought if I actually had the possibility, I mean it's really a once in a lifetime experience..
I think I'd either go for a time in the past I haven't experienced, or a time in the future I couldn't possibly live to experience..
Of course, if I traveled back in time, but to a time in my life, I'd be able to change some stuff, but it could have a butterfly effect so my life would be messed up..
And if I traveled forward in time, to see what would happen to me in, say, ten years, I'd be pretty confused when I traveled back.. I mean, should I try to make choices, that would make me end up in whatever position I'd seen myself in, and if not, what would happen if I made a choice that would make it physically impossible for me to end up in that position (fx if I had seen myself as a football player, I could like cut off my legs or something lol).. would I even be able to do that, or would some unknown law of physics stop me, thus making me become a football player whether I wanted to or not?
So with all that in mind, I'd definately not visit a time where I existed (at least not to change anything).. I think it'd be cooler to travel back in time to investigate what really happened in different scenarios - did we go to the moon? who killed kurt cobain? and what about john f kennedy?
Or maybe I would just end up traveling forward in time one week, getting the numbers for the lottery, travel back and win the big prize... Not the most interesting choice, and I'd probably feel that I'd wasted the opportunity when I realized that money wasn't as great as I'd thought...
but hey, with all that money I could probably buy a new time machine haha!
