woah... That is totally insane! We need to somehow control this... I mean, we need to figure out how to destroy them! I know a bit about nanotubes and from what I know you can't just take them apart with radiation... we have to create another type of nano-machine that takes them apart. Fact is indeed stranger than fiction!

Oh come on, you don't really believe this? Tiny robots invading our bodies? I say we are still too dumb to pull something this sophisticated off. And certainly any country that poses a terroristic threat to the USA is not progressed enough to actually do this.

Gene transplants

Scientists have for years been putting spider genes into various more-friendly organisms to try to get them to produce the precious silk.

Dr Turner said other companies drew a blank when they tried yeast and bacteria, or ended up with silks that were not spinable or strong enough.

In the end, Nexia's scientists succeeded with the aid of laboratory cells originally taken from cows and hamsters. Dr Turner said that they had set out to prove that copying nature was possible and had ended up completing the whole process of synthesising spider silk.

"We've taken spider genes... we've made authentic water-soluble proteins. We've done what the spider does and dehydrated them and pushed them out through a tiny hole."

The researchers now want to make larger quantities of their silk using milk from a herd of goats carrying the spider genes. These genetically modified animals have been bred from a pair that made their first public appearance in August 2000.

Now, a biotech company in Canada has developed a method for producing artificial spider silk by inserting the genes for spider silk into the cells of mammals.

Scientists spin first lab-made spider silk


Spider silk has been grown from genetically modified cells for the first time. The research company behind the feat believes it opens the way for the manufacture of super-strong, light and biodegradable materials within a few years.

Nexia, based in Canada, is also breeding goats that have been genetically modified with spider genes and hopes that their milk will be a plentiful source of the proteins required for spider silk. Nexia says that the modified goats have bred females that are now pregnant themselves, but will not reveal whether these are producing milk or whether it contains the necessary proteins.

In the current research, cells were taken from the mammary glands of dairy cows and genetically modified with spider genes to produce the proteins used to make spider silk. The proteins were then stretched and spun from an aqueous solution into fine silk fibres.

"We're not perfectly mimicking nature, but this shows a major breakthrough that no-one has been able to achieve before," says Jeff Turner, president of Nexia.

The victims feel as if bugs are crawling under their skin. Their doctors treat them as if they are insane. It is called Morgellons, the fiber disease, a mysterious skin disease that is currently spreading across the globe.Those with this disease describe feelings of insects scurrying beneath their skin and have mysterious sores that ooze out blue and white fibers, some as thick as spaghetti strands. Attempts to remove the fibers are said to produce shooting pains radiating from the site.................

Analysis of the fibers found in the sores suggest that they are more than just lint from clothing, carpets, or bedding, nor are the black specks composed of pepper, as several dermatologists have proposed. Some suggest the fibers are made of cellulose, a molecule generally found in plants. And if placed in a Petri dish, the fibers taken from a Morgellons sore will continue to grow.

Subject Samples of Unknown Fibers Collected form Many Sources and Delivered to Laboratory.

Report of: Examination, Microscopic Measurements and Spectrographic Analysis of Several Dozen Fibers Sent from IHI, LLC, Lakewood, CA.

INTRODUCTION

Several batches of unknown suspect fibers were sent to the laboratory over a period of several weeks. We were asked to examine them, study them microscopically, determine some physical properties, and run elemental analysis by energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and chemical groups by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Also some samples would be analyzed by Fourier transform Raman spectroscopy (FT-Raman).

Laboratory personnel would also compare the fibers with some other nanofibers reported to be carbon-silicon fibers with photoluminescent and other properties.

NOTE: All Samples were compared to the "Goldenhead" as found by Dr. Rahim Karjoo and Dr. Hildegarde Staninger (October 28, 2006) and a fiber that was identified as High Density Polyethylene Fiber (HDPE).


RESULTS

1) Visually a few of the fibers resembled the carbon-silicon fibers previously studied by Integrative Health International, LLC.

2) Close-up photos and photomicrographs (1,000 x) were taken of most samples.

3) Many strange shapes and lumps were seen and some could not be identified.

4) Identification of the photomicrographs were identified to contain a "foreign fiber" or not. These fibers were then selected for further testing and melting points.

5) A FTIR spectrum of one spot on the fiber indicated the presence of high density polyethylene fiber plus a trace of another material (brown gel).

6) EDS and Raman results will be discussed in Phase II and Phase III of this report.


SUMMARY

The fibers identified, gel material, and gel shaped materials had no cellular integrity with no eukaryotic cells. The materials identified in the fibers were of a manufactured nano technology to form a specific structure with an undetermined function. The chemical composition of fibers that had EDS and Raman did not match the chemical composition of the human body nor were they any part of the human body (nails, hair, skin, nerves, etc.).

Special features as identified by Los Angeles County Fire Department, Los Angeles, CA personnel are the following: 1) skin melts or burns at above 165 degrees F; 2) fibers from a human body that do not melt at 1,400 degrees F or above 165 degrees are not made of human cells; and 3) human tissue does not secrete gels nor would they be of known human cellular composition that melt above 300 degrees C (i.e. approximately over 600 degrees F).

All samples that did have a fiber that matched nanotechnology as compared to the original "Goldenhead" was identified as a "Morgellon Like Fiber": 1) discarded Morgellon Goldenhead; 2) fully formed Morgellon Goldenhead; or 3) deteriorating Morgellon Goldenhead. The structured material/fibers identified were ones that would have properties to self assemble, enlarge, and/or fold/expand. They were identified as nanotechnology (man-made)1 and were not identified in any way to be composed of eukaryotic cells, animal, plant, nor composed of any live biological form. Some specimens had "biological artificial" appearances that are known as artificial life or pseudo-life forms. These types of artificial life forms are known to use DNA/RNA/siRNA or sRNA plasmid templates of viruses, microorganisms, animal/plant proteins and/or enzymes to build the artificial technology structural form at nano level. Furthermore, they are not limited to only these referenced life forms plasmids, enzymes, and/or proteins.

The More and More I think the more and more i am suspicious....This cant be a man made disease at all. We do not have that much capability in the field of nano technology to develop a non organic communicable self reporducing nano module...its highly improbable.

So what do we do in the meantime to ward off this varmint of doom? There is the vaccine. Lymerix, manufactured by SmithKline Beecham, which hit the market in January with shaky FDA approval. Developed from a recombinant protein, OspA, which was pioneered at Yale,

the vaccine was tested over four years involving 11,000 patients, 10 states and 31 researchers.

While everyone seems to have a very adamant opinion about the safety and efficacy of Lymerix, it strikes one as slightly prophetic that the conservative Dr. Allen Steere, one of the leading researchers of the vaccine, doesn't plan to use it -- supposedly because he doesn't live in a Lyme-endemic area (Massachusetts).

Some studies have suggested that the vaccine may reactivate Lyme disease in people who have already had Lyme, and is generally not recommended for them or for those with a family history of rheumatoid arthritis.

Even after three doses, the vaccine is only 78 percent effective and may require subsequent boosters. A novel and unprecedented vaccine, Lymerix works by generating antibodies that kill the Bb spirochete inside the gut of the tick itself as it ingests its host's blood; there is concern about how much bacteria will manage to evade the antibodies and slip into the host's vascular system, at which point the vaccine is completely ineffective.

Once a person has had the vaccine, antibody tests will no longer be effective, creating an even larger diagnostic nightmare. It also doesn't protect against all strains of the disease or other tick-born diseases such as babesiosis, ehrlichiosis or Rocky Mountain spotted fever. On the other hand, if you work outside in an endemic area, some protection is better than none.

Said Shapiro, "I don't think it's harmful at all, but I think it has some limitations. It's fairly expensive, and I think that the biggest problem is not Lyme disease but anxiety about Lyme disease, and I'm not sure how effective the vaccine is against anxiety about Lyme disease...I don't think most people are at really high risk for Lyme disease, so the benefits don't necessarily qualify the costs."

"To recommend a first generation vaccine when we don't know what the future has in store is difficult," said Bonnie Friedman, the spokesperson for Dr. Raxlen's office in Greenwich. "It's still pretty experimental. The FDA released it quickly because they felt there was such a need, especially with the bad tick-infested season we're going to have this year."

After the onset of the illness, these patients report surprisingly similar symptoms. They have a combination of bizarre dermatological sy mptoms, cognit ive impairments, mood disturbances, and sometimes paranoia and suicide attempts in later stages of the illness.


Their symptoms are not compatible with schizophrenia, bipolar illness, substance abuse, or other recognized causes of delusions. When patients complain of fibers protruding from their skin, examination with a low-power digital microscope can visualize and photograph the presence or absence of these fibers. In addition, many Morgellons patients test positive for Lyme disease. The mental symptoms seen in Morgellons are similar to those of other chronic general medical illnesses with psychiatric manifestations, since the mental symptoms fluctuate in a pattern similar to that of the general medical symptoms; and this suggests that the mental symptoms are probably associated with immune and/or toxic effects upon the brain.



When these patients are treated with modest courses of antibiotics, their dermatological and psychiatric symptoms often show significant improvement. Without a thorough assessment, Morgellons patients are commonly given a diagnosis of delusional parasitosis, resulting in a delay in proper treatment. Whatever Morgellons is, it is something very different and unique and should be considered as a condition needing further study and possibly listed in the next edition of the DSM.



In summary, Morgellons disease and delusional parasitosis are two distinct clinical entities. Morgellons does not appear to be an imaginary or delusional illness and merits the research effort that we see with any other emerging and serious illness.

After 13 years of suffering with Lyme disease, a possible cure has been stumbled upon. A cumulative effect of much research has produced the possibility that salt and vitamin C may be all that is needed to beat this elusive illness. Without going into a lot of detail, our theory is that Lyme is not just a bacterial disease, but also an infestation of microfilarial worms. Bacteria, worms, internal mites and the possibility of other creatures have been quite horrifying. Ticks can transfer many types of pathogens into the body of their host. It is also possible that the tick could pick up a new pathogen and pass it on to their next host, explaining why Lyme patients have different types of organisms within their bodies. Shortly after starting the treatment, we were shocked by the presence of the worms. Microfilarial worms live symbiotically with bacteria. They protect the bacteria from being exterminated by the antibiotics. Our theory is that the microfilarial worm, though possibly a nematode, is a parasitic nematomorph which we name Paragordius Lyme Incorporehumani. The Lyme bacteria is Borrelia burgdorferi, named after Willy Burgdorfer.

From experimenting with the treatment of salt and vitamin C, we settled on a dosage of 3 grams of salt and 3,000 mg of vitamin C, each dose taken 4 times per day.Depending upon one's weight this would approximate one gram for each ten pounds of body weight. We think total daily dosage should not exceed 18 grams of salt or Vitamin C per day, and 15 grams would be the average adult's dosage for a full 24 hour period. If the pills cause a problem they can be crushed or dissolved in water. To get an idea of the dosage, one teaspoon equals 5 grams; thus, one tablespoon would equal 15 grams. Please remember to drink plenty of water. The brand of salt pill we use is CMC (Consolidated Midland Corporation), NDC#0223-1760-01, ordered through a pharmacy (no prescription required). The brand of salt is not important, only its purity; do not use salt with any additives, such as table salt. And the vitamin C used is a GNC product, though any good quality vitamin C pill should work. We have no relationship with either company.

The Treatment can be grueling; taking it with food may aid in digestion. The results should be almost instantaneous. The Herxheimer reaction is an excretion of toxins from dying organisms; this will be experienced. Diarrhea will occur as your body sheds itself of the pathogens. The die-off will occur in cycles. Try to stick with it; it is well worth the inconvenience. Remember to drink plenty of water. Water is an important factor, not just in keeping yourself hydrated, but to make sure the treatment is circulating through your entire body. Human guinea pigs speed up drug development

GIVING people drugs before they have been thoroughly tested in animals sounds like madness. But it could help speed up drug development.

The idea, called microdosing, is to give volunteers tiny doses of potential drugs that pose no health risk but reveal where and when a substance goes in the body and how fast it is broken down. "It avoids selection of compounds that look good in animals but end up useless," says Jeremy Hague of Xceleron, a UK-based company offering microdosing services.

The approach is attracting increasing interest from the pharmaceutical industry, as 40 per cent of potential drugs fail when first tested in people. But does microdosing really reflect what happens with normal, much larger doses? If not, researchers might discard potential drugs that would have worked at full dose.

A great place to find ongoing experiments is a college campus. This is because the researchers know that college kids are desperate for cash, lazy, and don't really care about their bodies. Pretty perceptive, eh?

Whether or not you're a student, check around campus (especially the student centers) for flyers advertising various types of experiments. Also, most major universities have research hospitals near them, so just go on over and ask around. They'll either sign you up for an experiment right then or put you in a database and contact you when one rolls around. Prediction 5.3: Functional change
One of the major differences between organisms is their capacity for various functions. The ability to occupy one niche over another is invariably due to differing functions. Thus, functional change must be extremely important for macroscopic macroevolutionary change.

Confirmation:
Many organisms have been observed to acquire various new functions which they did not have previously (Endler 1986). Bacteria have acquired resistance to viruses (Luria and Delbruck 1943) and to antibiotics (Lederberg and Lederberg 1952). Bacteria have also evolved the ability to synthesize new amino acids and DNA bases (Futuyma 1998, p. 274). Unicellular organisms have evolved the ability to use nylon and pentachlorophenol (which are both unnatural manmade chemicals) as their sole carbon sources (Okada et al. 1983; Orser and Lange 1994). The acquisition of this latter ability entailed the evolution of an entirely novel multienzyme metabolic pathway (Lee et al. 1998).

Bacteria have evolved to grow at previously unviable temperatures (Bennett et al. 1992). In E. coli, we have seen the evolution (by artificial selection) of an entirely novel metabolic system including the ability to metabolize a new carbon source, the regulation of this ability by new regulatory genes, and the evolution of the ability to transport this new carbon source across the cell membrane (Hall 1982).

But the NEW DNA strand, which includes one extra T nucleotide, is shifted, and the new string of amino acids is completely changed. The addition of the thymine nucleotide produces a new Methionine amino acid, which, like the conductor tapping his baton, indicates the Start of a new Protein. This is followed by other new amino acids because of the frame shift: Asparagine, Alanine, Arginine, Serine, Threonine, Glycine and Glutamine. The new string of amino acids - the new protein - is completely different from the original.

While most frame shifts of such a key enzyme would destroy the enzyme, resulting in immediate death of the organism, this particular protein happened to react with nylon oligomers. And so it was that a drastic mutation suddenly gave an ordinary sugar-eating bacterium the unusual ability to digest nylon, which just happened to be present in abundance in the little waste pond behind a Japanese factory. The Japanese scientists who discovered strange bacterial mats growing in their scum ponds became very interested in this new ability, and finally found it was all due to a single Frame Shift mutation. The new enzyme is not active on common substrates - the bacteria's old "food" - and plenty were checked. Whether or not these bacteria retain enzymes to digest their former food source, the fact is that the former food source became much less important because of the new-found ability to ingest food from a novel source - nylon waste.

The creationist argument that all mutations must destroy information is clearly wrong. In this case, a mutation has clearly produced new information. That is, unless you want to quibble that the detailed three-dimensional structure and composition of a protein that reacts specifically to nylon is not "information."

Creationists usually counter this example by claiming that the bacterium is, after all, "still a bacterium." It didn't mutate into a whale or a dinosaur. But that's changing the subject. The subject of this essay is "Can Mutations Create New Information."

Science and logic both show the answer is a resounding YES.

Dear Sir, Madam,

Please can you take a moment to read this and possibly sign my petition to the UK PRIME MINISTER?

My name is Andy Coyle and I have suffered from a disease that has come to be known as morgellons disease. I have received no help from the medical community even though I recently presented them with video evidence see ( www.youtube.com/morgellons ) of this organism emerging from my head, and over 100 still images of these organisms. At the address given therein.

I was forced to research the cause of the disease myself and discovered to my horror that its cause is due to the genetic modification of a predatorial organism and its homicidal bacterial passenger, by US scientists through a convenient loophole in US law. They have subsequently sold and released billions of trillions of these transgenic organisms into the environment and made billions of dollars as a result of their sale as pest control agents.

The research I have done has been submitted to The Lancet infectious Disease website and can be viewed at (http://andycoyle1.wordpress.com/) It is being considered for publication by them and I have attached a copy for you to read if you choose to do so. Within this report it was made clear that the FIFRA ACT (Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and
Rodenticide Act) made it possible for transgenic organisms to be created and released without suitable oversight or debate.

I am currently investigating the links between those who stood to benefit most from the FIFRA Act. Already I have found the fingerprints of Monsanto, BASF, Tom Delay (former pest control agent then House Majority Leader Republican), The US Republican party and of course the Bush family! This committee is nothing more than a ratification body for Monsanto and BASF, their advice for permissions to be given for gmo potato crops planting in the UK, DESPITE THEIR BEING NO PUBLIC INTEREST IN GMO FOODS! shows that nothing will stop them in their pursuit of cataloguing and controlling species in order to profit from the control of nature!!
