Hmm...lemme see..I'm not sure how to explain myself here....so I'm just gonna skip straight to the examples and go from there....k?

Ex1: I recall that long ago when I was chibi...I was up really really late for some reason. I ran up to the front door (of my house) and ran out on to the porche *wonders if he spelled it right......* my: father, mother, grandfather are standing there...when all of a sudden....there is a flash of light....and this formless white thing dancing this creepy little jig...not unlike the way Ash's girlfriend danced after she was dead in Evil Dead. My parents and grandfather freaked out and told me to go back inside....I refused to...but eventually they pushed me inside. From behind the storm door I could see my father and grandfather saying something to the thing. There was all this wind...as if there were a storm....and that's all I remember. I asked my parents about it the next morning and they denied it ever happened...but I KNOW it did.

Ex2: A friend of mine and his brother BOTH recall a time when they were riding around with there mom, and a cop pulled her over. According to he and his brother the officer got mad at her for some reason and whacked her over the head with something. He says that when he and his brother ask her about it she denies it ever happened...but they KNOW it did just like I KNOW that weird thing came to my house.

I guess what I'm asking is....has anyone ever experience this before? What's up with this....did these things happen? Sometimes I have dreams that I had first had when I was very very young. I have other memories like this one and sometimes I find evidence of the events... I also have memories of stuff that did infact happen...but, when I try to think of them I am strongly convicted that they infact did not...I don't know...maybe I'm just crazy...my dad was in WW2 and he always told me that the government was up to someting....never said exactly what....but yeah....he sort made me paranoid and reluctant to tell Uncle Sam anymore than he needs to know.

I know this has happened to me before. It used to happen more when I was little, I would ask my mum about something that had happened and she would have no memory of it, but it still happens now and then. The other day I was sure I had had a conversation with my friend but they didn't remember it.
I've never had anything as creepy as your experience happen, but I wouldn't autonatically put it down to dreaming, maybe your family really have no memory of it. If I were you I would try and put it out of my mind for the moment, but if it happens again try writing something down immediately after the experience to show the people who don't recall it.

You are slightly crazy. Face it, by definition of conformity, if you are not part of the "normal society", then you are at least slightly crazy.

However, you are not alone in your experience. I'm sure what you two have experienced in the past were real events. And where writing it down will be proof, "for those who do not believe, no proof will suffiece." If they don't remember or don't want to, you showing them a piece of paper won't help.

You need not make haste to have them remember or to believe the event occured. You need but one individual to believe in you...you!

"A crazy person can not admit they are crazy." If you believe it was real, if your instincts tell you that you know the truth...then trust yourself, even if no one else has the courage to. Remember, you have to live with you.

And events like yours have happened to others. They may not visit this website, though!
