One thing I wonder about is why are stones involved in so many mysteries? I don't mean stones being used for buildings and writing upon when paper was not available. Of course, stones would be used like that. But I'm thinking about the mysterious aspect of stones. Even in Revelation it is said that a person will be given a stone with their name written upon it. I've been reading recently on the internet where someone says that even the Knights Templar guarded stones for some purpose. I've also read about people measuring the stones at Stonehenge and finding that they emit sounds. People claim quartz and precious stones can be infused with energy and used for special purposes.
For so many mysteries, stones are involved in some way. Why not wood? Or water? See what I mean?

Crystals seem to have some peculiar traits, as far as I know, the energy in the crystals can change, they can be static one minute and then the complete opposite the next.
Some are used for healing, some for cleansing etc. Different colours doing different things. Perhaps they are good conductors of special types of energy or they emit this energy in a pure way or something.
Personally, I know next to nothing about them, but it is an interesting Thread Salacia.

Hey, don't forget, there are three stone henges that are formed all over the world into a triangle...
Maybe because when they were building things like Stonehenge they wanted something to last and wood wouldn't have weathered as they had no form of treatment for wood back then?
With regards to stones with names on, never heard of that, but it's interesting.
If Knights Templars were guarding stones, maybe just because they held information on them and paper wasn't hugely available so stone, again, was seen as a more permanent form.
Re Stonehenge, it has been said that the Henge has strange acoustical properties. Although it is believed that the builders had limited knowledge of acoustics it is sometimes assumed that the Henge was built as some kind of Ampitheatre and that the early civilisations who built it used it for this purpose in their religious ceremonies. Weird to think that some people claim Stone Hange was just a Public Speaking Arena, but apparently (some claim) the Henge emits sounds as they are simply echoes due to the acoustics of the assembly of stones.
