Charn Parker: This which you are about to read was mailed on Sept. 5, 2007 to various well known people within the UFO community. I have combined three writings in this article. They pertain not only to the state of consciousness each one on this planet will eventually attain – but almost a necessity for 2012 and for understanding the Aliens or other entities from the cosmos and our own galaxy. So far everyone is still wondering about the aliens what they want, where they are from etc. Yes, of course we have had many books and some of them are “right on”. Several people have reported that the “beings” said we would be like them. This is true in certain ways. Allow me to tell you one thing. They must reach the same state of consciousness as #2 and #3 documents speak of, that we must attain. Some of them have already reached that state of consciousness. Others like the abducting aliens know of it, and yet have not attained this state of knowing. If they had, they would not be abducting or performing cattle mutilations etc. Many of us are still at the level of the Beings who are doing the abducting. We slaughter for food, or we eat food that has been slaughtered. We kill to protect our country…and yet we do consider all of this natural to our existence. I say, so be it. I am not accusing, simply showing the likeness between us and the abductors.As I am sure others have shown. There are many wonderful people doing very good things to help mankind understand. Our authors, our explorers, our investigators in so many fields. I don’t have to name anyone, you know most all of them I am sure. The ones who are reaching out to learn and to give. That is most certainly a beginning for each of them and for us through their efforts. Just because a country, or planet, or person is advanced technologically, does not mean in any sense of the word that they have “Wisdom.” An Example: In Mr. Jim Sparks, extremely factual and exciting book, The Keepers, page 44, Jim said , “Hello, ***** ”. The Voice said, “This is not pleasing to God”. Jim came back with “To God?” I was incensed. “To God, you say? How dare you say that? Do you think for one minute you’re going to trick me into thinking you have anything to do with God”? That showed me that Jim on a higher level of understanding does not yet know his oneness with the other galaxies and the beings therein. That is fine – he will – if he hasn’t done so since the writing of his book and experiences.
The Being could have known what Jim’s reaction would be or he could have been scoping to see what Jim really knows about God. Or he could have picked God from Jim’s thought. However, the Being may well understand each one’s connection to God yet not understand it as One; or he would not have been forcing Jim, no matter how good his intentions. So attachment #1 explains my third and consciousness altering experience in life. #2 and #3 are a few examples of what came of the experience. This experience of “before creation”. Read these my friends as if it were you who is having the experience or you that is being given this understanding.
It is one thing to read about such experiences and another to have the experience. I would not for a minute doubt Mr. Spark’s experience. Those who have any particular type of experience will always know if they are speaking to another who has also had the experience; such as in the state of Cosmic Consciousness. A Cosmic Conscious person can always tell when they are speaking with another who has experienced Cosmic Consciousness. One way is how they describe their “Light” or the “Bright” experience. The other is in their outer changes, way of life, etc. Are they at that point Perfect? No, not at all! It is a very profound step – but the learning is next.
This growth and learning is going on throughout the cosmos. Yes, THEY are having to learn also. They pointed the finger at us a number of times, and they were right when they did, because how are we much different in our actions than they are. Yet, there are many who are ready to take that next big step, that those of Sirius and others are ready to help us with. A Being of Light can come close to our atmosphere, but generally they will not enter it. They will project telepathically what is needed or what they wish to instruct. We on earth who are developed enough, will receive that transmission.
A “Light Being” which is different than a Being of Light will never enter this Milky Way system, they are beyond. For instance the apparition of The Immaculate Conception to St. Bernadette. No one but Bernadette saw the Most Beautiful Lady. That is because the Being of Light or Lady herself, which ever you choose, projected herself to Bernadette’s Inner or Higher vision. She raised Bernadette’s vibrations that so that she could see The Lady. Yes, it could have been done for the crowd as well, but it was not.

#1 - The Wonder
What I am about to write, I am expressing through my outer conscious awareness after having experienced a very elevated state of consciousness.. So what I write will not be very eloquent or perhaps seem very developed as when I write through the higher state of inspired revelation or inspiration at the same moment. This will be written very plainly, but it must be written and documented. Whether or not anyone understands what I am trying to describe is another matter.
For those of you who know me, you already understand what I mean.
The great secret, the great knowing, found via resurrection, transformation, transfiguration of the physical body and the brain, with ultimate expanded realization and knowing, will never be given to the world such as through books, seminars, or other outer forms of communication; for it has never been, can never be, and will never be divulged in that manner. Nor can it be described from one person to another. Although there are some advanced beings on Earth and beyond who can initiate the experience for one who is ready. It is such a profound knowing, that one cannot express in words comprehensible its WONDER.
If one were able to speak the FACT of it - to speak or express it in ones own particular language, instantly the world as it is known, would no longer be. It would no longer project the manifestations of Itself - but simply BE. It would de-materialize - or the objective state and outer reality would become the subjective; it would re-enter Itself. But instead of everything ceasing to be at one time, it happens to each person individually at the appropriate time, as one extends their mind beyond the three dimensional time/space continuum and further more, beyond that, into higher regions of creation and experience. As one approaches the summit of God's Mountain - as one reaches the peak experience and KNOWS; This is as difficult to imagine by one on the Path of Light, as the path of light is hard to imagine by one who is very material or traditionally orthodox in their religious thinking.
The most man or woman can do is write, speak, or teach of the way, the approach to Knowing, which does not in fact pertain to the actual experience of it. Though there have been descriptions given by very advanced and realized Yogis etc. yet they are just that - descriptions. It will not help you realize this Wonder - it must come through your own endeavor - and it must be experienced individually.
Nor in fact do all know of this Wonder - this experience of Silent Idea, uncreated, unmanifested, yet all knowing.
The various teachers with or without realizing it are giving ways and means of preparing the mortal human nature and mind and its astral and causal bodies for what is not the Wonder, but steps to it, which begin the transformation and resurrection from Within to the Above and Beyond.
Symbols of this journey have been seen in many teachings such as the Star of David, the Pyramid, the Rose, the Cross, the Tincture, the Red Lion, the Green Lion, the Phoenix, the Crucible, the Furnace; and through stories such as the Mustard Seed, the Tares, Rip Van Winkle, Peter Pan, the Prodigal Son, and so on. All give access and ideas to the Way and means of transformation and stories about it.
There have been the prophets, wise men, sages, gurus, swamis, yogis, alchemists, Rosicrucian’s, ancients and moderns, and the Illuminati (men and women who have experienced the Light of God's Being - the Light of Divinity, the Light of Cosmic Consciousness); and also the many who have sacrificed their lives giving the Truth to others and to the world gave their lives as an example for us to follow.
We have had meditation, yoga, and many other forms of discipline and training helping to aid us in this journey. Some of these teachers may have found the Knowing - but in most cases it was known only to them or a handful of disciples or followers.
Now all can know of it - you can know of it - Free - but the journey is still up to you!
As one progresses on the Path of Wisdom, Light, Knowing, and forsaking of the world, you will find that even what seems profound and yet basic in experience, that which you know is utterable, allowed to be spoken of, is difficult to express - this is because the 'Silence' has begun to express itself to your Inner Understanding, your Inner Self. You have reached the point, the stage that has begun to form and express beyond the worldly intellect, beyond the little ego, the smaller self . The more this takes hold, the less one can accurately transmit to those around them the experience. Such as when the Saints have a mystical experience with God's Light, Christ, the center and intelligence of the microcosmic universe as well as the macrocosmic. The brain itself is utilized in these experiences, but does not HAVE the experience - and when one returns to their normal state of outer awareness, the brain has no data to give exact details of what happened, to describe the truth of it, to explain it.
So as you approach this Wonder, this Knowing, mystical experience can play a part in this journey toward it - and the Light which is very real will also be a part of your change. The Light is inevitable. At a certain time in your development on the Path of Aspiring to God, the mind begins to withdraw from the actions of the outer world of awareness and sensations, materiality and matter - slowly, so slowly, that one might wonder, "what's wrong with me, what's wrong with my thinking?" Usually this thinking will occur only if you are traveling this Path alone, without a guide or teacher in the world to tell you what is happening. You do sense the changes and notice the differences in yourself and your thinking and ways of perceiving the outer world of awareness. Why is this? Because you are now becoming something other than what you have known yourself to be. You are beginning the ascent into the unknown - the unknown you. Slowly your consciousness, your awareness is being raised above the mere outer sensing of the material world of creation. Slowly the pull of Nature begins to loosen its hold on you - that which has prevented you from knowing your oneness with the macrocosm, with God, with Divinity, with your True Self. Remember at this point we're not merely speaking of the mystical experience but the actual transformation of your physiological support system and the brain must also undergo change accordingly.
It is so difficult to express that which I long to share with you. I know what I desire to impart, yet it cannot be spoken in terms that justify it. It must be your experience 'Within'. The Completeness of it remains a mystery except to you or to someone else who has also experienced it.
It is omnipresence, omnipotence, omniscience, and yet it is beyond these. One might say that because of the WONDER these three ARE. Is it Nirvana? No! Is it Heaven? No! These may be experienced instead of or prior to the Wonder - but they are not the Knowing, the Wonder. It is not within any point of creation and yet creation is because of this STILLNESS!
Example: It is All Within Itself - Knowing of Itself - Knowing All - Yet, language cannot describe it. It is Mind - Your Mind - All Mind and yet Mind is only a human term given to it.
If this Knowing were slightly opened as to the Eternal Truth of it, to one who was unprepared, uninitiated, (which is never the case) that one would clasp their ears, cover their head, fall to the ground moaning and wailing that this foresight be withdrawn.
So there is enough wisdom and understanding being taught in the world and experiences to be had to prepare us - those who are earnestly seeking " God " above all else. Even the writing of this seems to vibrate the very foundation of which I am made. So it is best for humanity to continue searching and learning. There is no rush for this - but when it happens all teachings will dissolve, for there is no teaching that ever explained or taught it. They only lead the way.
What do teaching, learning, and meditating exercises in fact do? They refine the mind, they refine the body both on the outer and within. It ever so slightly begins rearranging the cells, the molecules, the organs, the direction of the energies, to allow in one lifetime or another this experience to be had. But it does come through 'your' activity. It does not come from a passive state. Once this change begins you are truly on your way to becoming That.
I do not mean by THAT - “I am That I am" or "I Am That." You ARE the Wonder. Whenever one says “I am” - That one is still expressing duality. There is not duality in this. It is Unity. It is Oneness! The most profound Oneness!
So the learning process begins the change from the corruptible to the incorruptible, from mortal to immortal. This is beyond the understanding of science, beyond religion, beyond metaphysics, beyond the small self. Only the Higher Self will experience this. Only the ones who take the journey know. Even if earthly tools are used to reach this understanding.
Finally in a particular incarnation you know through Cosmic Knowing the Wonder, “the Alpha/Omega." Not the Alpha and Omega. You understand that Alpha and Omega represents two - I repeat - this is not two, this is not dual, this is One! It does not mean I Am the Beginning and the End. It is the most Cosmic Knowing. It signifies all before Its Beginning and all beyond the End. Before the before, Was the beginning and Ending there is not. This also suggests movement. In the Cosmic sense there is no movement, there has never been beginning nor will there be end. There has not been birth and death will not be known.
Quantum physics gives some very helpful guides and clues in its studies, but it is more than this. I must say it seems so logical, the experience of it. Remember that nothing in the three worlds can truly express this. Infinitude? Yes - but more. The experience Is - It is before the micro-moment. Pages could be written but it would never be described only given a closeness.
Perhaps this would help? You realize that " I Am the reason that All Is - And when it is not, it is by complete absorption into me - I gather unto me what came forth from me. " This is how one feels and knows self to be, at this point. Yet, "me" denotes Being - it is not - it is not time/space as we in physical form think of that. For lack of better words, and perhaps this is the most that any of us can say about "It," it is Intelligence, Consciousness unspoken, creation unmanifested. When you come into this Perfect Knowing which is beyond anything created though creation came forth because of it, you will then KNOW. You sense without sensing, you know without seeing. You sense no other manifestation in your presence and yet you know that all is there. It is Peace. You are all there is and yet you are not alone. No lights, no stars, no planets, and though it seems to be a dark blue - It is not.
This is the vibrationless state spoken of in the Vedic Literature. The Unmanifested. I've had a lot of confirmation on what I wrote here when I first typed it. This truly is the God State of Being! Perhaps in mortal terms, this might give the best idea of what I am trying to express: Genesis 1:1-2 " In the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth and the earth was without form and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep." It is before this! Before the Biblical creation.
Before this is ever experienced there are three inner experiences and expressions that will become a part of your very being and Consciousness: 1- Divine Love for All - Universal/Cosmic Love - Unconditional Love for all animate and inanimate creation; due to the Sacred Word of God, the Holy Spirit, the Aum! or A-men.
2 - The experience of the Light, whether it be for an instant or a prolonged period.
3 - The Inner Knowing of your Oneness with all things created. Your existence within and as a part of all things. Not only people! Even that Skyscraper.
All three of these are very advanced understandings. Can anyone Know these within them? Yes! And they will be Knowing! These will not be parroting of what you have learned from your teachers or books or this page. It will be knowing because you have become this. It could be all at once - but usually they happen individually over periods of Inner growth. If from a past life you had already attained certain growth then you may be born with one or even all of these out-manifesting from your Inner self. The Path is worth everything that you relinquish for it - and yet when the experience is reached - you realize that nothing has been sacrificed. As Jesus said: Seek Ye First the Kingdom of Heaven, and all else shall be added unto you."
Know this my friends, though there truly are the outer symbols and articles hidden on this planet of earth. You are Truly the Vessel – You are the Sacred Ark which holds the Covenant and All Wisdom of God. You are The Holy Grail, the Golden Fleece and these have their place in your Upper Room. The Sanctum Sanctorum, The Holy of Holies.
As you finally in an incarnation or life experience know this, then the outer vessels hidden away in the fields of the earth, will automatically begin to fill you with power and knowledge, transformation and transfiguration, and the Light will have claimed it’s own. You will then be a resurrected transfigured Being of Light.

The forces within and without -
The opposites - are the Power of the Magi;
For when in Balance and Oneness
Great wonders are performed.
Wonders of God’s Creative Power.
You are imbued with the Mystical, Magical,
Creating Healing agent of your Divine Self.
Your mind, body and brain
Are perfect in every way.
You conscious mind, subconscious mind,
And Unconscious mind, work together

#3 - The light self
All creation comes from
the un-solidified
yet active form of Energy
into the manifested form
of fluidity
then Solidity.
All is Infinite
created and creative
Intelligence.
There is nothing that exists
that did not first
manifest from Silence
into Energy
then Light
then Form.
My mind and body
is a perfect expression
of my Perfect Intelligence
and Creating Power.
My mind and body is Composed
of all that I was
in Vibratory Light Existence
which came forth from the Void.
Which became out-manifested
as I created this form
of fluidity and solidity.
My form which I created
from within myself
and all its organs,
blood vessels, capillaries,
arteries, bones, heart, lungs,
skin, kidneys, brain -
Are All perfect out-manifestations
of my Perfect Law of Life.
Each having perfect Knowledge
and Intelligence
of Itself and the Whole.

and Light.
My mind and body

physical expression,

I am the Darkness
I am the Light!
I am Right and wrong
Good and evil -
I Am the Source
Of all these things!
I am whole!
And now I dwell
Both in heaven
and earth!
I partake of my Divinity
My birth right!
As I dwell in this house
of mortalness,
I place around me the Cloak
of Immortality.
Though still in finite form
I surround myself with the guardians
of heaven, of mind, of Consciousness;
and play upon the harp
of the Immortals!
I walk upon the earth
In this finite
yet beautiful form;
Unseen, unnoticed,
as my head dwells in heaven -
truly the earth is my foot-stool.
I have touched the
green grass of nature,
the Golden hue
of love.
I pledge myself
to the fiery furnace
of transmutation.
I leave the waters of the abyss
And I raise myself
from this tomb,
off the cross,
into Heaven;
There I am One!
