Omg that poor man, for lack of a better explaination I assume that is a massive tumor (or tumors). How can he eat. On a lighter note, these pics are great. the creepy clowns are horrible, and the photo shop skills of some people are just awesome.

I remember seeing that a few years back...the other side of his face isn't as bad...and I think it was removed shortly after the pic was taken.
