The portrait of this absolute disgusting creature (I would not want to disgrace even a rat by relating it to this thing) really creeps me out to be honest. Just knowing the fact of the horrific things he did haunts me.

Around Halloween, I went to Salem, and went into this little gallery with scary artwork. There were definately some scary pictures. There were a few artists with paintings of Danver's State Insane Asylum, which were really creepy. Especially one painting of a ghost in one of the abandoned corridors. Also, I thought another artists' work was good, too. They had paintings of like, one was what looked like a little carnival thing (not necessarily scary type of carnival), at night, with all the lights off and such, no one around, but they morphed the painting in a swirl like motion, so it looked like the image was in a dream, kind of.
I really don't get afraid of fake pictures with scary faces on them for the most part (I just try to think of other things when I try to sleep. Hah). I find I get scared of pictures of real life things, or scenes with general creepyness about them.
primordial, I find your picture creepy. I actually have something similar like that around the house somewhere. It's an old picture, with a figure in the sky. He's in a white robe, and he has his hands out, in a welcoming gesture. His whole body you can see clearly, but a cloud blocks his face/head completely. Most people who see it say it's Jesus, but I'm not sure of it. I'm not even sure if it's real, but I feel that it's too old to have been editted easily, and if someone did put the money and effort to edit it, I think they'd make sure it was put in a better place than just given to my mother so many years ago.
