Full Version: What happened to me this morning

Okay, I have had experiences with the "other side" since I was a child. With that being said, I haven't seen or heard anything in a long time (months). Well, this morning I was awaken out of a dead sleep by what I can only describe as a whoosing sound. It startled me so bad that I literally jumped straight up. I then heard the answering machine come on (you know, sorry we are not available to take your call...). I ran in the living room and checked the phone to make sure nobody had called. They hadn't. (The first thing I thought of was my grandmother, she's in bad health.)

So I'm getting ready for work and I walk in my closet to get dressed. I hear a little girl's voice that I think is my daughters, except she sounded a little nasal (like a cold). I hollered yeah baby to answer her. I don't hear anything. I open the door really quick to nothing there. I walked in the living room to find her sitting there with her brother drawing.

Strange...

Was this one of weirder experiences? I'd like to read about some of your other ones.

Did you call your Grandma?? Is she in good enough health to answer? Because if she was I would call her if I was you. Sometimes it's good to follow your first instincts.

Any past history of your house is it old?

I'm curious as well.

Actually this is one of the milder things that have happened to me. I have been touched on the side in the shower (previous house). Oh yeah, that was weird.

The house I live in now is not old.

I have previously posted in the Community Forum under Credintials.

I'll do some thinking...

I don't know about everyone else, but I can almost deal with sharing a home with an entity, as long as they abide by the rules. I know they are there. And they know, I know they are there. The occassionally move things, and I speak to them as if they are a guest in the home. But getting touched is crossing the boundaries as far as I am concerned. It's like having a date that expects sex just because they bought me a pizza. She better atleast bring me a sixer with it. wink2.gif ~Jackal

i second that

i find this cool, i believe that these abilities you have can come and go from time to time, you dont have full control over them, im not even sure if thats possible. good luck, maybe do some research into your houses history, im sorry i am unable to help further.

Sounds like a mental time slip. Your mind was in sync with a time different than the one you were actually in.

What you have described - especially the voice part - sounds like a typical haunting (or the early stages of it).

The average manifestations tend to be: discarnate voices that sound very much like people you know, or people who live there but are not present at the time; there are echoes of events that have actually happened (even if they are banal and meaningless); there is inteference with electronic equipment; and then there is the occasional bid for attention (touching).

Doesn't sound particularly threatening at all. Maybe you should smudge, or do a blessing, if you're not happy about it?

It is good to follow your first instinct.
