When I was about five years old I awoke suddenly in my bed, I’m not sure if it was from a bad dream or what. Shadows suddenly started moving around my room and I saw a massive spider in the corner on the opposite side of the wall and I saw dinosaurs going past my window (at the time my greatest fear). Even though I was five I thought to myself I’m probably imagining it and I rolled onto my back to go back to sleep. Suddenly I felt claws scratch my feet downward. Thee fingers to each foot. Freaked out I pulled my feet back under the blanket.

I'm almost seventeen now and I swear it was not a dream and it’s all the truth. I can remember how almost everything was placed in my room. I could draw it. I moved my room around all the time until I was about twelve, so that’s a big thing.

I hadn't really thought about it till I was watching a movie with my boyfriend, I told him and he freaked out and told me he’s heard of that before and cursed at my Dad for whatever he did to bring that type of thing into the house. We discussed what I might have seen was the demon playing tricks with my head.

When I was young my mother told me that the running female blood line all have had psychic 'power' and I truly believe that; maybe that’s what attracted the demon to me?

I want to know if this has ever happened to anyone else.

Why curse the Father? and what do you mean by the Running Bloodline? Was the movie An American Haunting?

He was upset at my father because he thought the he was the only one around old enough to bring that kind of evil into the house, considering I was only five and my mother was not with us.

Bloodline, as in my great grandmother, my grandmother, my mother and I are all supposedly psychic. Savvy?

Terrible experience, but sounds alot like Sleep Paralysis to me, esp where it happened only once. Maybe this can help..JN.........

I would not be mad at Dad, it could be just one of those dreams that seem real, has it happened since that night?

That does sound terrifying, especially being so young. But it was in the past, it hasn't happened again (has it?). So just lay it to rest original.gif and let be what be.

I'd still like to find out about what it was, and if anyone else has experienced something similar.

That was a terrible experience for anyone, especially someone so young. I don't think there is ever going to be a way to prove what it was. There have been suggestions of SP since it only happened one time. The only options are: Dream, SP, Time Lapse, or Paranormal. Have never heard of a time lapse that far back though. Really in the end it is going to be your opinion that counts. I am glad that you haven't been bothered by more experiences. original.gif
