In the video. they are doing exactly what stupid humans do, if you dont know what it is shhot at it, how are we supposed to find out what the want if we shoot at them, and if they came through space im sure they can shied themselfs from bullets.

That's where I'm confused. The UFO is clearly in the video, not moving.. It'd be a pretty easy target to hit, yet apparently nothing hit it. There were no tracers in the screen, no missiles, and there were no explosions (flak exploding, for instance) near the object, or anywhere on the screen, which makes me wonder just what that background noise was... It does sound like guns being fired though.

At about 15 seconds into the video you can see fireworks in the lower left of the screen. I guess the aliens have the technology for interplanetary travel, yet their weaponry is still based on 9th century gunpowder.

dcman, at least one of those other pictures you posted on this thread is simply a CGI render of an 'Artists impression' of a UFO that I've seen many times used as 'eye-candy' for UFO stories.

Thats the thing... that looks like fireworks.

I would have thought with a shining UFO in the viewfinder, the photographer would have had the insight to get less of the picturesque landscape and more of the extra-terrestrial craft.
