Mysterious Traveler
My sister and her husband were arguing over something stupid. They were in their room arguing, and ONLY them. No one else was there. They were yelling and shouting when suddenly this glass table that they owned, that was in the middle of their room, just...err, broke. blink.gif Actually the thing kinda exploded. The only thing is that nothing was on the table, and the table was in an area with nothing touching it, unless you count the floor it stood up on. My sister's husband said that he went and picked up one of the glass pieces from the table, and it acted like a jumping bean and just flipped out of his hand. wink2.gif They both swear up and down that this happened. Does anyone know why the table broke? I mean, it was a very sturdy table, so it did not fall over. Hmm.... huh.gif
Ancient World Wonders
Frequncy of some voices have a tone if at high tones have the ability to brake glass, when you two were fighting, your frequencies must have caused the glass to shatter. One theory, anyway.

Could be that one or both of them have a psychokinetic ability without even realising it and broke the table in their frustration. Most poltergeist activity that takes place is due to a person unwittingly having this ability.

QUOTE
Telekinesis or Psychokinesis (PK) refers to moving objects from one place to another without using physical contact. It also means re-shaping of objects using the mind's energies, such as bending a spoon, or key, by just holding it and focusing.

Psychokinesis comes from the Greek words psyche meaning life or soul and kineisis meaning to move.

Physical energy is created by electromagnetic impulses.

Universal life force energy, or psychic energy, is called Chi. [Chee]

In telekinesis one taps into Chi energy then combines it with physical energy.

Telekinesis cannot be created by wishingit to happen. For example, you may try to bend a spoon by focusing on it, but nothing happens. An hour later, you return to look at the spoon, only to discover it has changed shape.

Too bad there was no video camera. Had there been one it probably would have revealed your brother-in-law tossing that mug his wife gave him for Christmas
over his shoulder....

...My theory is that somehow he broke the table and is now covering up!

My partner had a similar experience (although not on quite such a grand scale).

She and her father were standing in our kitchen chatting (not shouting) and a large glass sitting on the kitchen table at the other end of the room suddenly exploded.

When I say exploded I actually mean exploded it blasted debris everywhere.

Nothing was near the glass and it had been sitting there empty for hours.

That must have been very frightening for them both.

I think that perhaps the vibrations from their raised voices could have affected it somehow. If the table had a defect or even a deep scratch it might have made it weaker.
