user posted imageIt was a snow-covered December in 1995 when President Bill Clinton, visiting Northern Ireland in support of the country’s new and fragile peace process, spoke to a large gathering that had arrived for a Christmas tree lighting ceremony. The president opted to dismiss politics and keep the mood of his speech light. At one point, he drew laughter as he referred to a letter he’d recently received from a 13-year-old boy in Belfast. "Ryan," the president said, "in case you’re out there, here is your answer: No. As far as I know, no spaceship crashed at Roswell, New Mexico, in 1947. And if the Air Force recovered any extraterrestrial bodies, they did not tell me." Such is the widespread and ongoing fascination attached to a legendary event that many believe actually took place on the late J.B. Foster’s sheep ranch more than a half-century ago. What has transpired since that Independence Day weekend when a "flying saucer" was allegedly recovered by military personnel from Roswell Army Air Field has fueled a debate that continues 56 years later. Is it possible that such an unearthly event really occurred? The question has spawned an industry of books--well more than 100 at last count--and documentary films, inspired popular television shows and sci-fi movies, a prospering museum business in Roswell and insistence by many researchers that an ongoing government cover-up of the historic discovery puts Watergate to shame.

Perhaps Clinton should have visited with Midland’s Anne Robbins before giving his answer. The widow of a career military man stationed in Roswell at the time, she might have changed his mind. She would probably have shared the description of the saucer that her husband, Technical Sergeant Ernest Robert Robbins, told her he helped recover long ago and the three small "men"--one dead, one near death and another very much alive--found outside the spaceship.

Intresting article, Thank you Lional cool.gif
I don't think we'll ever find out the whole truth about what happened that night, there will always be a big question mark over that date.
If the truth was to come out it would probably have dire consiquences, I think people would be outraged that one country (or certain people) could keep such a finding to themselves it would also spark worry in opposing nations that the American government holds the key to technology far more advanced then anything else on this planet.

Well they can't keep it secret forever, it amazes me they still deny the existence of Area 51 yet if you try to go there then some mean nasty soldiers chase you away.

Great story though, I just hope it's not some crazy old lady making money from the press alien.gif

On August 6 and 9, 1945, the cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki were destroyed by the first atomic bombs used in warfare.

Do you think it is possible (probable) that this craft was of Japanese engineering
and that the 3 men were Japanese pilots with a new sophisticated type of flying device and that perhaps this is why it is held in top-secret mode?

However interesting your theory is, it seems so far fetched. Why would a military officer with such a rank as a "Technical Seargant" lie to his wife and children with such a story of alien spacecrafts. The previous version of the weather balloon seemed more logical than your theory.

Whatever the case, this really puts forth new perspectives and thoughts about UFO's and aliens. I thought aliens were greyish in colour, i never knew they would be brown, nor would they have no nose or mouth. So how exactly did they speak? How did the military gather the living aliens without them attacking the military officers, because, surely, these aliens must have some form of weaponry.

Anyhow, this is such an interesting story and one leaving me with the most questions. original.gif

Thanks for posting it. thumbsup.gif

Hello Blue-Scorpion original.gif ,

Oh those aliens come in every size and colour!! grin2.gif And yes, this aliens (or EBE's [Greys]) do not exactly open thier mouth to speak such as us,not quite sure why maybe something to do with thier voicebox or something huh.gif blink.gif ,but they communicate through telepath (ESP) and if I'm not mistaken, sending sound waves through thier body, kinda like dolphins or whatever it is. grin2.gif But I'm only referring this to the Grey-kind aliens, the Reptiloids communicates just like us (and ESP too) but have strong hisses in thier verbal communications.

If you believe in the baiting theory (darn Greys intentionally crashed thier craft to attract Earth customers),then they'd of course never attack the officers since they have something important to tend to.....or maybe they were just pure shocked or weakened by the crash to do anything to the officers....nah,shock wouldn't be that right..... wacko.gif ph34r.gif
