Since the early 1990's, John Rhodes, the original CryptoHunter, has provided television & radio interviews, lectures, workshops, and media presentations to national and international audiences regarding his Terrestrial Reptoid Hypothesis.

This hypothesis claims that the beings that humanity has been calling "E.T.'s" or "Aliens" are (in many cases) sightings of sentient Reptilian-Humanoid "Reptoid" beings that are native to Earth, or fellow "Terrans"

The Terrestrial Reptoid Hypothesis further contends that the ancestors of the reptoids (and possibly other life forms) retreated into underground caverns during environmental cataclysms long ago and there they continued to thrive and evolve into the sentient beings they appear to be today.

Their descendants, according to the hypothesis, have science and military representatives that are secretly interacting with human subjects, both civilian and military.

Reptile FICTION has no place on the UFO forum!

I'm sorry but that's my opinion.

As I just stated on another forum, "I don't think any Fiction that involves some form of "Alien" deserves to be posted as "possibly real" on the UFO forum. Call me crazy but the subject of UFOs already has a 'stigma' without the FLOOD of FICTION that so many people seem to think is such "good fun"."

I'm not one to worry about reptoids, either. BUT - have you even read dcman's post? I believe he used the word hypothesis 4 times in that short post. Nothing has been stated as fact or 'good fun'. The subject is related as it ties in with the ufo/alien phenomenon and in the right forum. There are people who are interested in this type of information. If you aren't interested in it or don't want to hear it because it's all fiction to you, then simply don't bother with the thread.

You're entitled to your opinion, especially about reptoids being 'fiction' (which I happen to agree with), but you really don't have the right to imply that people shouldn't post certain topics simply because you think it's not right to. Other people have different opinions and are interested in this subject and do want to read the thread, and appreciate the fact that someone has posted some information that they may be interested in.

Well I think this topic is pretty interesting. I saw a CSI episode the other night where people believed there was conspiracy of Reptoids in influential postions in society. Very interesting stuff and I welcome any discussion on the topic.

I have exhaustively studied these beings and I have found loads of evidence to support their existance. Their personal genda however is debatble, I believe I know why they are here and what exactly they are doing. These creatures can be found in stories through almost every culture on earth.

One could speculate that perhaps there was another planet somewhere out there that had lifeforms very much like those on Earth. Maybe the reptoids are highly evolved dinosaurs that didn't get wiped out by some great cataclysm. I once saw a show where a guy built a life-sized model of what the dinosaurs may have evolved into had they lived to the present era, and the model looked a great deal like the descriptions of the reptoids (keep in mind that I saw this show long before I even heard of a reptoid). The model looked pretty alien, bulbous head but not too oversized, large greenish-yellow eyes with slits like a cat's, scaly skin, about 5 feet tall or so. I wish I could remember the name of the show so that maybe I might be able to find a picture. It was a long time ago. It was pretty life-like, kind of freaky. Would've made a good prop for a movie.

Damn that's exactly it!!! Nice job! If this place had a rep system (I didn't see one) I'd give you some points. Thanks!

I'm curious to hear, in your opinion, why they are here and what, exactly, they're doing. As previously stated, I'm not a believer of reptoids, but I find the subject very interesting and I like to keep an open mind.
