Hi Guys,
anybody heard of this documentary looks pretty scary due out on DVD in the US on the 15th.

Never heard of it before. Good find! If you find it before anyone else, post your opinion of it here so the rest of us will know rather we should rent it, buy it or skip it. It sounds like it might be pretty good though... if it's really what hey say it is and not another Blair Witch! Ha-ha!

I was reading about that on a website and was wondering when it would come out. UK is usually behind the US on release dates, hopefully it won't be too long for the DVD to be in UK

Just looking at the previews it seems a little fake to me. Maybe it isn't the documentary itself, maybe it's just the "Ghost Hunters". What made me think that it's fake is the EVP of a child saying "i'm dead". Ghosts do not know they're dead. They're caught in between in "The Other World" and they see us as intruders to their world as we see them in ours. And also the fact that they don't recognize that there is a difference, huge difference between Ghosts and Spirits, they're not the same thing. But i guess it would be wrong of me to judge something before i see it so i will definitely check it out and thanks for the tip, i wasn't aware that this existed.

A close friend of mine and myself took an urban exploration road trip to Waverly. The most "paranormal" thing that happens is shadows out of the corner of your eyes. I'll have to call BS on this dvd. Not to mention a year earlier we had ventured into Glenn Dale Hospital for the tenth (i think) time, decided to take the underground tunnels into the abandoned tuberculosis sanitarium and got lost for close to 3 hours. No undead beasties, zombizzles, or ghosts of illegitimate butterscotch babies chased us. Then again, we go for the urban exploration and photography, rather than tracking down "spirits".
What you perceive as ghosts are just earthbound demons who imitate the dead, in order to misguide the masses, putting the thought in their mind that maybe there isnt a heaven, hell, god or bible, because the dead wander the earth. Which is false, but a lot of people fall for it and stray away from God. You cannot contact your dead relatives, souls of the dead are not on earth. Any spirit you contact, who does not recognize God or Jesus is a demon. End of story.
Nothing presents itself to us, because we are both saved and born again christians, we have power over the entities, and they shy away from us. When you enter a place that has had so much suffering such as Glenn Dale and Waverly, you ARE aware of entities, but they are NOT ghosts. Be careful in your hunting and exploring if you do not have God on your side, because you are left vulnerable to the power of everything else, your own willpower is not enough.
