Yes we are. If something makes a person feel better about themselves, then do it. My wife had breast augmentation 10 years ago, and it has been fun for both of us.

Why?? They use titanium in alot implants that go into the body. Screws, plates, etc.

I have a titanium cage and plating in my neck and it never caused an infection. Titanium is strong and doesn't rust it is the standard or at least it is here anyway for plates and what have you.

I can do it with my teeth buttons, zippers straps you name it it's like a second nature to me now.... Any guy who can't get a bra off a girl is pretty dumb as it's not that complicated at all.
