A few years ago I saw a documentry about the links between The Egyptian Pyramids, Easter Island and The Cambodian Temples. There was possibly a connection with the Mayan and Toltec Pyramids as well but I cant be sure. I have always thought the name of this program was The Mirror of the Universe, but extensive searches have proved fruitless.

During the program it was revealed that 49 degrees from the perpendicular in either direction from Easter Island takes you through The Cambodian Temples and some of the Mayan/Toltec sites, also that in the construction of the Cambodian Temples the number 49 features repeatedly. 49 steps 49 statues 49 towers that kind of thing.

Also unless I am mixing two programs up there were references to the Egyptian Pyramids being based on the formation of Orions belt but that if this was the case the exact formation they built to could have only been visible from earth 2500 years earlier than the date of construction. This apparrently was similar to some of the constructions by the Toltecs.

I have tried to put as many of the key areas of the program in my post as possible in the hope that someone out there knows what I am wittering on about and tell me firstly that I did not dream it and secondly that the documentry is available to purchase.

the person making the claims was Graham Hancock

some of his claims are a bit iffy,,if you ask me...

although the claim that the sphinx .is spot on....unless he has changed his mind,,i mean come on we have a people who build these pyramids to perfection and then build a thing like the SPHINX with a body of a lion and a head of a pharoh

ok i know they had cross breeds human&jackal..

but to have it out of sync with each other....c'mon....look at it..lion body...and the head of a human...nope...more like a head of a lion...and the fact that at the time they would be in the sign of leo.....as in looking at it.....an intresting theory and program to watch,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Hmm, I think I might know which program you're talking about. Was the host Graham Hancock? And was it called "Fingerprints of the Gods" based on his best selling book?
