Sluggy Freelance has always been a favorite. But you really have to go back to the beginning and read from the start to get everything. It might take you a while. They've been going daily since 1997. User Friendly is also good. Again, you might want to start at the beginning. Another one I've started recently is Home on the Strange. Those are the only ones I read that are totally online. I have 25 others that I would read in a newspaper if I ever got a newspaper but since they are free online I figure what's the point.

The only web comics I read are xkcd, and Cyanide and Happiness. Ohh, and a shout out for the worst web comic, ever, Angel Warrior Comics.
