The traffic lights are pulsating to warn drivers at night or in the day time just in case if the don't see the red light or something like that.

It looks like an irregularity in the traffic light itself, maybe the bulb is going to blow or something. The red lights behind the flashing one are steady.

Mind control is much more complicated and subtle than that. This is just a stupid ass flashing street light.

Those look a little different then I expected, but me thinks they are simply those lights with cameras in them that take pictures to catch people running a red light (notice none of them are filmed with the flashing during a green light).

There are interavtive televisions that can watch you even when they are turned off. Onstar is touted as being something very favourable but it enables a person to be tracked at all times and they can even shut the car off. I think they are LED stoplights. The flashing I think is for alertness. But doesn't seem to be good for epeleptics ?

..it's new. i haven't seen this thing before.. you chould (if possible) check to see if that light unit has been recently installed or in any way looks different to the other traffic lights..

..as for subliminal McDonalds messages. i have seen 2 in the past.

the first one, was when they sent a Ronald McDonald to a pre-school.. within seconds that miscreant was using some kind of (i hesitate to say) hypnotism method on the kids.. it turned my stomach.. does a hired clown know these methods? no, i don't think so.. the school was at the center of an anti-McDonalds campaign. it makes me sick that they conduct warfare of this type on innocent minds.. as a bonus they offered vouchers for free burgers, isn't that nice?

the second was on the TV program "The Iron Chef" where they inserted a single frame ad fer McDanalds.. the funny thing about that one is.. in the moments AFTER the subliminal ad, there was an abundance of "McDonalds colored" things in the camera shot (the red and yellow)
