Hi from me,
Shadow09!
I have been working in retail in various companies and states, all my adult life. I'm a military wife, so I have had more than one store and share of such situations you are talking about. At one hardware store I was working at, I felt like a person shoving something down my back collar, while I was waiting on a customer. It was just me, my customer, my fellow cashier next to me, who was waiting on her only customer, and no one saw anything. My customer looked at me strangely, when I asked him did he see what my co-worker did to me. No, he didn't, she didn't do a thing, he told me. Sure enough, I turned around, and she was still waiting on her customer.
I was working at a McDonald's one time, while I had my back to the open empty foyer, just as a manager was walking by, I felt like somebody took their forefingers and poked my sides. I turned around and blamed the manager, who looked at me strangely. The thing is, this manager wouldn't do such a thing, and there was no one else around.
For the last seven years, in two states, I have worked at bookstores, and all of them I have experienced really strange things. The first bookstore, I remember going around noticing all the customers and asking them if I can help them. As soon as I asked the second to last customer, and noticed a blong head looking up at a bookshelf in the back, and as I rounded a bookcase to get a better look and to advance the customer, he wasn't there! There was no place he could have gone. One second I saw the back of his blond head, and then poof, emptiness! That same place, it was just myelf on the floor, on my knees organizing a bookshelf, and a manger in the back, when I heard what sounded like someone clearing their throat. I got up and rounded the bookcase where I heard the throat clearing and proceeded to aske if I could help them, when there was noone there!!! The second bookstore, I worked at, it was also quiet, and it was just me and another bookseller, behind the counter, when we heard someone walk into the store, in front of the counter we were behind, and to the back of the store. It sounded like boots, on the floor in front of us, stomping. It couldn't be upstairs, because there was no upstairs. The thing is, we didn't see anyone. The other bookseller, pale, asked if we just heard someone walk into the store, in front of us. I said, yeah, I heard that too. We could not explain it.
THe bookstore I work in now, I have been feeling, like someone touching me or poking me with a pen, when I am behind a counter, when no one is there. A co-worker believes that it's the nerves in my skin acting as I get older, and I'll take that, but I am trying to figure out how our nerves do that.

I look back and laugh at myself now - I was sooooo scared.
I got scared for you just now, reading your account of it! Now that's a ghost story!!

I find that really unusual for a human to have a job interview with a spirit, communicate and chat as if the spirit were alive. That is totally unheard of, however I am trying to keep an open mind here. I suggest that you begin taking photos ASAP and see what the heck is really going on..JN
I have heard of that happening. Somehow, people talk to spirits and not knowing that they were spirits at the time, and finding out that these spirits were actually helping them at the time. Heck, I didn't know that the blond kid in the jeans outfit and red cap was one, until I read his description on Shadowlands.net! He looked so real!!!

- tug on shirt - Not an unusual feeling, i'm felt odd tugging, pinching or brushing sensations every now & then, it's usualy an unraveling fold in clothing or touching something you wern't aware of which makes your spacial awareness play tricks on you
That is probably what I have been feeling lately. This probably coincedes with what my c0-worker was explaining to me.
