It's St Piran's cross - it's recorded in the Doomsday book, I think it's about 1,000 years old!

ive been to quite a few places.. but havent got any pics cos i am at work
ive been to singapore about 8 times.. its amazing watching a city grow and change the way singapore does. its a great city to go and see, and to know you can feel safe walking down the street any time day or night. we've also travelled to cities out side of singapore and been on many a hairy bus ride.. lets just say we started at the front of the bus, and wound up sitting at the back.
have also been to bangkok, and bali.. both are fantastic in their own rights with many things to see and do.
spent a few weeks on the west coast america just after i left school.. met some individuals i wont forget.. like the tranny who seredaded us with xmas carols.. and those id like too like the guy who dragged another down an alley and beat the crap out of him.. we also went across to hawaii before the journey home. (id justs like to say our beaches rule all over those in hawaii grin2.gif )
spent 7 weeks in new zealand with my partner.. we bought a car in christchurch with so much stuff in it included we were set, and drove from the south isle.. caught the ferry.drove the north isle.. it was great fun and i highly recommend it.. we camped out in the car at caravan parks.. or stayed with friends or family. we were quite lucky that we had that luxury of having ppl there we knew. we saw so many different cities and did so much. i was sad to leave
ive not been to europe yet.. that will come with time

Wow you have almost been everywhere! w00t.gif I never even put a foot out of South Africa!

    1. Geez 8 times? my aunt and her husband and kids went there and when they came and visit us they shown the pictures and gave us some souvineer gifts... Got a keychain with a real butterfly inside it. Beautifull and it is hartshaped with 'singapore' on the bottom.
    2. I'd like to visit bangkok some day, not sure where bali is though blink.gif
    3. When I leave school I want to go to United Kingdom though... Wonder if I would go hmm.gif
    4. That happens too much in here in SA... It's not safe to walk certain places here, and no where safe in the night.
    5. Hawaii?? wow I'd only dream of places like that! and you must have wonderfull beaches if those rule over hawaii's? blink.gif your lucky
    6. My mothers friend who she worked with has also moved there, they still are good friends
    7. Take me with grin2.gif haha just kidding, I'll go there someday!

Here's an old one I found, of me and my brother making a small sand sculpture on the beach (sorry about the poor quality) in Tenerife, or maybe Lanzarote or Gran Canaria, can't remember which, lol.. We made the dragon behind the day before, and was surprised no one knocked it down. Lol, people were actually leaving money, lol.

I've been several places but it was a long time ago now! When i was a kid my dads company paid for him and mum to go pretty much everywhere so i was taken along as well. Ok here goes from what i remember pretty much all of america, sweden, denmark,england.......................... oh no memory failure. I'll have to speak to my olds and back to you on the rest. These places are the ones i remember the most because i learnt to ski in sweden(got taught by an olympic champ. she was stoked because boss gave her day off with pay to teach me tongue.gif ) went to all the themes parks through the states and remember seeing Buckingham Palace and all the tourist things in england. There's more but i'll have to get back to you on them.
Tia
I went to Bali on my Honeymoon and to Fiji twice. Both places are so calming and beautiful, though I can imagine Bali has changed a lot in 17yrs.
