Columbus, Ohio (AP) - Wedgie-proof underwear earned 8-year-old twin boys a spot Friday on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show." Using rigged boxers and fabric fasteners to hold together some seams, Jared and Justin Serovich came up with the "Rip Away 1000."

"When the person tries to grab you - like the bully or the person tries to give you a wedgie - they just rip away," Justin explained.

The third graders began brainstorming one day after they were horsing around, giving each other the treatment. Their mother's partner sarcastically said someone ought to invent wedgie-proof underwear.

How inventive these little guys are....Wedgies are so annoying...I have a trick to getting them out, taught all my kids and grandchildren to do it...Unfortunately it doesn't look too appealing when it's been done, but it works.... laugh.gif

In my opinion (as a mother of boys), I think it more helpful to just teach your children not to do things like that.

But anway... rip away undies? Don't strippers use them all the time already?

These boys may have an interesting future.
