No, according to the Bible Satan did not create hell, God did. Regardless, no, not in this scenerio, heaven stays as heaven is and hell stays as hell is. If you worship God you go to hell for an eternity of torture in a lake of fire. If you worship Satan you go to heaven where there is no shortage of anything and everything is pleasant.
Actually this is a common misconception, but completely incorrect. An acurate translation of the bible shows, as other writers have indicated that.
1. when you die you go to "sleep".
2. In the end time "The saved" will be resurrected and spend 1000 years in heaven, while satan rules on earth over the damned.
3. At the end of that time, the heavenly city will touch down near jerusalem. Satan, the fallen angels, and the damned will be consumed in a rain of fire and the earth will be cleansed by fire.
4. After that, the earth will be restored to its original condition and the saved will reinhabit it in reborn bodies and souls. These will be human in nature but more in accord with their original design. eg sin free, long lived, and without sickness or disease.
It is also possib,le as Kanji indicates , that they may be different in physical form with more god/angel like abilities. However scripture suggests that if life is similar to that in eden, we will still eat and drink, make love and have a useful purpose in the stewardship of earth, as well as a part in the governance of heaven, as do all those planets where the inhabitants did not give in to satan's deceptions.
Thus, as the bible says, the wages of sin is death, but those who believe will have eternal life. It is not clear whether the early catholic church deliberately falsified the idea of hell for conversion purposes, or whether it was a genuine mistake in translations.
To give a couple of examples. When some sinners are burned, this process may take some time. In the original greek the word used was eon, which indicates a longish but finite time. This was translated to eternity which tends to mean forever in our mind. However, the Bible also refers to some of the prophets and kings reigning on earth for eternity, when clearly their lives were of limited duration. Thus eternity in the original biblical language also meant a longish period of time, but not for ever.
God did not create sin either. He created man with free will. Man chose the knowledge of good and evil over the fruit from the tree of life. In other words, he disobeyed one of god's few restrictions on him. In doing so, he gained something, but the price was both his immortality, and the entry of sin in all its material forms into the earth.
So to summarise for the purpose of this scenario. Where god is, there heaven is. God is the creative force. He would soon turn hell into heaven. Where satan is, hell is. He has always been the deceiver. He lies, manipulates people, and causes; chaos, harm and pain wherever he goes. He would soon turn a heaven (even one filled with good people) into hell. After all, he deceived, and took with him, one third of all the angels in heaven, and they would be more knowledgable and less suggestible than human souls.
