a 13 year old has been arrested on suspicion, omg

I heard this story today on the local radio station, at first i thought, he must have been pissed and stumbled and fell into the bonfire in the early hours and died that way, then they announced they arrested the 13 year old, i dont know what to make of it.

Just heard on the Radio station they've arrested a 19 year old man,

You would think someone would have heard the person screaming in agony, unless he was already dead when they tossed him in and/or no one else was around! What a sick thing to do and how horrible and sad!
