Yes. Actually almost every night. I would assume it's just paranoia, but for me, it's a totally different sensation then that "just creeping yourself out" feeling...I assume you're the same? I wish there was a way to figure out what it is that causes this feeling, but I'm completely unsure. Sorry, I wish I could help! I want to figure it out as well.

It might be paranoia. I know I am sometimes paranoid. For example, if I am in a big room with a lot of people, I always think that everyone is looking at me even thought they are not. This is a bit different from your case, but I think your case also has to deal with paranoia.
Oh, I just remembered something that happened to me that is similar to your case. Whenever I am alone at home at night, I sometimes feel like someone is there with me, hiding and then waiting to kill me or something. I usually just think happy thoughts. This has come to help me quite a bit so try thinking happy thoughts. Also, if you are religious, read something having to do with your religion or say a prayer; it can be comforting in these times.

It may be worth having the electric checked out in your bedroom. If the bedroom is and isolated source for this feeling than you many have an energy output issue. This is easily checked with an EMF. If high reading occurs, I would call an electrician and have the outlet re-wired or changed. Just a suggestion

PS: High electro-magnetic frequencies have been associated with feelings of being "watched".

i got the same feeling at work a few days ago. i was at the inn totally alone, my boss had left for a chiropracter apointment, and there were no guests. i got everything i possibly could done, sat down on the couch, and closed my eyes. immedietly i felt darkness pressing into me, like someone was standing right in front of me casting a shadow. i opened my eyes and nothing was there, i tried a few more times to do this and i felt the same exact thing. that was a weird day, i felt like there was someone behind each door i walked past. just standing there staring straight into the door...kinda creepy

if you think you have prob with wireing you could have and electian look
at it or in some cases the edison co. will only inspect lines up to the meter
but if your nice to them they might run their EMF meter around your room

I have also had this same feeling on many occasions. Sometimes at night and during the day. I have walked in the Australian bush and felt "watched" and sometimes it feels like a warning of sorts. like I am not meant to be there. Other times I feel quite at ease in these places. Even welcome. I feel like this sometimes in my own house or other peoples homes. Has any one else experienced any thing like this?

i had that same feeling again tonight, i dunno why but just before i woke up (i was just getting to sleep) i saw a person walking towards my bed, kinda like a dream but extremly short, just before i opened my eyes.
also my mum was making noise in the kitchen could that have triggered it somehow?

I've felt that too it's a bit strange. I know some days I do have a lot of scary stuff on the brain, and I have a weird feeling. Other times though I'm quite cheery and then bam as soon as I pass by or move through a spot it's like someone is there. I do know when I was a very young kid, I did see things in the house a couple times that I remember and a few others that my parents remember which I had forgot.

I've always had these strange feelings. When I was younger until four years ago we lived on a rumored Indian burial ground. My aunt was said to be clairvoyant and my mother and i both harbor great intrest in paranormal activity, therefore I think we invite it to us.
I was taught very young not to fear it or anything-- my recent werewolf encounter leads me to believe that my 'creepy feelings' are something to be paid attention to. What I mean by creepy feelings is that there are some places I cannot go into-- I simply cannot-- I have this choking creepy feeling not of fear but od dread.. it has never proved me wrong either.

O, I know I am. Not that I care. Wait, I meant, I care, not to care. ; )
Anyway, I used to get this weird feeling when I was in my grandfathers bedroom or in front of the door as far back as I could remember. When I got older, I found out that he had passed away in there. Now at my other grandparents house, I also had strange feelings there, but that could had something to do with the house itself, old in the rural country. I also used to get a weird feeling at the church I used to go to, in the stairwell, in this corridor that was like a bridge leading from the stairwell to the school building, and the second story of the school building. My mom told me some years later, she had seen an apparition of a friend in the stairwell. I never liked being in any of those places by myself, it used to give me chills, I would get anxious, I would have a feeling of someone pushing on the back of my skull and most of all, it actually felt like I was being watched. If I ever get any of those feelings, it's almost like I need to leave the scene immediately.

You perpetuate this feeling by acknowledging it. It is simply in your mind. It's sort of a spooky thing at night, but it doesn't really have any substance behind it. Not really much different than people who look wide-eyed at their closet in the dark or get a tingle down their spine looking at a figure on their desk or maybe a long shadow in the corner. Chances are, you are almost certainly not being watched.

I know for a fact that I'm being watched, but I think it's more a spy thing. I'm not exactly sure what it's about, but maybe I'll find out in due time. Either you know or don't, I'm going to leave it at that.
I just spoke to my mom about it, and I wasn't the only one having these strange feelings from my granddad's room, everyone in the house did, even my grandmother's cat. My grandmother had to keep the door closed or her cat would freak out. Maybe my granddad was hanging around watching his grandchildren grow up or he didn't want to leave without my grandmother, it's really hard to say. My cousin lives in the house now and we don't keep in contact, I'll probably never step foot in that house ever again.
