my guess is a very large under ground silo / bunker
it seems to be fenced off and open vent in the middle?
it could just be some type of test sight also, unlikely

OK i know what this is now it is a new type of Wullenweber
is a type of Circularly Disposed Antenna Array (CDAA) sometimes referred
to as a Circularly Disposed Dipole Array (CDDA).
It is a large circular antenna array used by the military to triangulate radio
signals for radio navigation, intelligence gathering and search and rescue
it seems to be in service...its Old skool but works Spains smart

Good find! I love Google maps. Amazing technology for everyone, absolutely free.
I'm curious, how did you find this object? And what search key words, etc. did you use to figure out what it actually was?

It's a vertical radio tower array. There is a station to the left.
Edit- did not read the last two posts. Appologies.
