The second trailer for the JJ Abrams produced Cloverfield is in front of Beowolf but has made it's way online.

Looks great - an itriguing and interesting approach to the giant monster movie..

And on another forum I frequent I have been hearing talk of mini-monsters and infected people.. Maybe there is a radioactive element involved, what with the giant monster, possible infected people, quarantine areas and guys in hazmat suits..

Oh and if you pause the trailer at 1.22 you get a quick glimpse of the monster moving behind a building although you can't tell what it is, just that it's big.

I couldn't.

I'm disappointed that it is "probably" based on a giant monster movie; but I can understand that sort of field is under-appreciated and not done often. It better be good for all the hype built up lol.
