I randomnly came across this clip the other night and was so taken with it I wanted to share it here. I hope that I'm not repeating something EVERYONE knows about. I've never heard of this man. I guess he comes across at first like William Hung of American Idol fame. He is auditioning in this clip for a tv Show called Britains Got Talent with Simon from American Idol. He's this shy mobile phone sales man from Wales.

So what do you think of this?

Like a scene straight out of the movies.

It is out of a movie! I could totally see his story being made into a movie.

I saw that once before, but it was worth seeing again. Thanks! thumbsup.gif
Always a pleasure to see REAL singing getting some recognition today.

Absolutely incredible!

He gave me goosebumps and I cried!

I am not surprised he won, he truly was terrific thumbup.gif

Thanks for posting the link True, I would never have seen it if you hadn't and that would have been a great loss for me.

This guy, Paul Potts, was amazing at every stage of the competition; I watched him every day.

He is so unassuming and just an all round nice guy. When he walked out on stage in the auditions, no-one belived he would open his mouth and that amazing voice would come out!

He spent some of his £100,000 prize money on new teeth, bless him.

He appears in the Royal Variety Performance on 3rd December, performing for the Queen - massive honour.

Although he won the £100,000, the actual 'prize' they were aiming for was the chance to perform on the Royal Variety Show.

I hope he brings out a CD, he gives me goose bumps when he sings.

Hi Sassages

When I watched the link, I glanced to the right and am sure that I saw he will release a CD on 17th December thumbsup.gif

Oooh goody! I'll get that on my Crimbo list.

To Sassages, love from Sassages.

I adore opera, it's so beautiful. It's excellent music to do the ironing to...

I think Paul Potts has an excellent career ahead of him.
