ok, you may think this is rather dark but i have been thinking about my funeral latly and realised that the song they play, if any, will be the song that represents you as a person and one that you want people to remember you by so i was just wondering what your's will be.
sorry for the happyness killer guys,
mine will be either: don't fear the reaper or to be loved by papa roach.

I wouldn't care. Presumably, if it was my funeral then i would be dead so i wouldn't care what song was played.

Mine would be 'Whiter Shade of Pale'
by Procol Harum
We skipped the light fandango
turned cartwheels 'cross the floor
I was feeling kinda seasick
but the crowd called out for more
The room was humming harder
as the ceiling flew away
When we called out for another drink
the waiter brought a tray
And so it was that later
as the miller told his tale
that her face, at first just ghostly,
turned a whiter shade of pale
She said, 'There is no reason
and the truth is plain to see.'
But I wandered through my playing cards
and would not let her be
one of sixteen vestal virgins
who were leaving for the coast
and although my eyes were open
they might have just as well've been closed
She said, 'I'm home on shore leave,'
though in truth we were at sea
so I took her by the looking glass
and forced her to agree
saying, 'You must be the mermaid
who took Neptune for a ride.'
But she smiled at me so sadly
that my anger straightway died
If music be the food of love
then laughter is its queen
and likewise if behind is in front
then dirt in truth is clean
My mouth by then like cardboard
seemed to slip straight through my head
So we crash-dived straightway quickly
and attacked the ocean bed

I have a list.
Dead! by My Chemical Romance, just because it's an upbeat, happy song, and I don't want to squash the mood. Plus it seems pretty fitting to the situation.

Maybe "It's Hard To Say" by The Used and Into Oblivion and History by Funeral For A Friend, but I'm not certain of those yet.
But I definitely want played:
Welcome To The Black Parade by My Chemical Romance
Helena by My Chemical Romance
Disenchanted by My Chemical Romance
Hear You Me by Jimmy Eat World
Goodbye Tonight by Lostprophets
Lol, it's slighty morbid that I'm so organised.

I was baptised a catholic, though i hate nuns

and i no longer practise the religion i like the ceremonies so would have a full requiem mass with "pie jesu" being sung.

When I'm Gone
[Chorus]
And when I'm gone, just carry on, don't mourn
Rejoice every time you hear the sound of my voice
Just know that I'm looking down on you smiling
And I didn't feel a thing, So baby don't feel no pain
Just smile back...
