what would happen if the world holded too much electricity?

can the earth hold as much electricity as it wants?

i know if a few years we wont use electricity but what happens if its too late?

Why wont we use electricity in a few years? Were going to use it, hybrid cars, and so on. I presume, instead of batteries, a satellite will beam the electric current to our devices.

I'm sure the earth will never have to much electricity. The whole earth is comprised of electricity, from the core to the upper stratosphere.

As far as not using electricity anymore, I highly doubt that will ever happen! We will on the other hand find safer and more efficient ways
of using it.

There is so much electricity in the skies , we can't even start to think how to capture it .

ummm... yea... i don't think that you really have much understanding of how things work. there really is no such thing as too much electricity. we will always be using electricity. in fact, with all the trouble going on in the world, we will be using it more often than ever now. the world will run out of natural resources eventually, because we don't have an infinite amount. but electricity, mankind can MAKE electricity. electricity is what make the world work. we will always use it. the world dosent "store electricity" it isnt kept in the ground. it is spread around the air. its static. the world cant have too much, if it builds up a charge, it just disperses when it touches metal or anything conductive.

For almost all practical purposes the planet is a closed system
electrically. Even if it were to pick up a charge it would be of
little import unless it were discharged.

All charges are effectively balanced by the flow of electrons which
flow from the negative to the positive. These are equal in intensity
whether they are induced in a power grid or generated by the move-
ment of airmasses over the face of the Earth.

Ask a toll booth operator about too much electricity. Hold your hand
to a Vandegraf accelerator.

We would simply fry like bacon in a microwave... too much electricity equals too much static in our atmosphere.

I don't know if I understand those questions...

I am not an electrician, but I am not sure that the earth 'holds' electricity. It is not a limited resource, and we will not run out, if thats what you mean. If you mean, will we use so many volts at one time that we fry the earth, then I am also going to assume that is not possible. I mean, aside from any electrical fires that may start.

We can use so much electricity that we blow fuses, or that our power gets cut off by the utility company, but those are not the earth deciding that she has had enough electricity...

one word, tesla, someone is keeping information from us.

too much electricity no such thing

all matter is a form of energy [mind condensed and clumpy]

and all forms of energy can convert to another

so excess elec simply change

oh and Jake have u heard of tesla
